Had a lovely two night stay. We loved the size of our bedroom and fabulous bathroom! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The grounds were lovely and the guided tour of the castle is a must do.
In terms of tiny tweaks nuts and seeds at breakfast perhaps as part of granola, minor issue and of course a personal health preference. Dinner was good but in our view not fine dining but tasty. We had one meal in and one out.

我以为我预订的是城堡里的房间，结果却被安排到了不远处的城堡小屋。真令人失望。房间非常好，浴室也很大，而且比较新。餐厅的员工非常专业热情，食物也很好。
食物难吃，餐厅服务差。预订的座位是7点半，结果8点20才被安排入座，主菜9点15才上。牛排难以下咽，素食选择非常有限而且味道也不好。总之，非常令人失望。

酒店非常棒，工作人员竭尽全力为您提供服务，我们的房间（26）非常完美，阳台可以俯瞰城堡，客厅里的音乐营造出完美的城堡氛围，早餐很棒，工作人员甚至会带您参观这个地方，提供历史信息，甚至在您登上城堡屋顶时还会播放视频，绝对会再次入住。
住得很愉快，真希望可以多住几天。

我住在 DeLucy 的 2 号房间。早上很吵。我相信员工休息室就在下面。对于一座豪华城堡来说，食物太糟糕了。一份简单的 10 盎司肋眼牛排配一份炸薯条要 58.50 英镑。太糟糕了！
