度假村挺大,风景挺美,空气很好,我们订的两卧独栋别墅,带泳池,给我们的房间离活动中心很近,走路就能到,去海边或者大堂都有接驳车来接,来得非常快,白天比较热,但是早晚很舒服,有无边泳池,下午还会打泡泡,晚上有歌手现场驻唱,可以点歌,还会热情互动,隔天还有菲律宾艺人表现火技,小朋友很喜欢看,早餐挺丰富,就是人有点多,晚餐连吃了三晚,稍微有点腻,因为菜色没太换,但其实也挺丰富,还第一次尝试了鳄鱼肉,打扫卫生的工作人员很认真负责,每一次都要打扫好久的样子,最热的时候出不去就在门口的泳池玩水也挺好的,稍微有点不太好的就是,酒店住宿其实价格已经很高了,但除了住宿,其他一切都要收费,这让人多少觉得没有一价全含,很不划算。
酒店总面积很大去哪里都需要坐电瓶车,我住的别墅房型上下两层三个卫生间,门口有一个私人泳池,包的早晚餐也很不错,晚上吃完餐厅门口还有表演看,酒店里有儿童游乐设施,还有游戏房和保龄球场,除了节日人有点多坐电车和吃饭要排队以外,其他都很不错,值得推荐
很差 太差 没有那么差的入住体验过 不要去!!!酒店门口的主路在修路 一整个黄土高坡 尘土飞扬 晚上没有路灯 和来往的车并肩战斗 搞不好下过雨会被泥浆泼 因为酒店春节期间爆满 服务完全跟不上 餐厅就像菜场一样 没有餐具没有杯子 没有服务员 桌子没人收 行李没人看 3000多一晚的酒店 打前台电话要一分钟才接 我差点以为电话坏了 因为是度假区性质的酒店 出门都需要的短驳车接送 这体验真是太差了!服务员会回答你没空 设置园区和房间都还可以 很宽敞 但是泳池不太干净 很多落叶 窗帘也不闭光 休息的一般 美奈真的没必要来

酒店环境没得说,特别漂亮。配套很一般,周边餐厅不多,且较坑,需要打车去镇上吃饭。服务一般,摆渡车不是很及时,主要问题在前台!叫帮忙联系大巴车,说需要打车去镇上坐,结果车在酒店门口停了,上来几个其他乘客,差评!
房间舒适,泳池漂亮,但是整个度假村比较偏僻、外出不方便,度假村里面交通也很难受,每次预约接驳车都没预约到,从房间走到餐厅还是很远,尤其是太阳较大的时候,这个酒店的餐厅管理有很大的问题,不管是早餐厅还是意大利餐厅,服务态度真的太差了,没有笑容不说,更重要的是摆脸色,不是某一个服务员这样,基本都这样,餐饮部的管理有很大问题,房间离沙滩就更远了,总体而言,这个酒店适合喜欢呆在房间不出门的人,想要出门太不方便了。
我们是1月28日入住,1月31日退房,订的是豪华特大床房,我的评论只对此负责。
进去大堂马上使用wifi,2点半到达,办理入住无需排队,需要支付300万押金,刷的信用卡,退房时马上返还。前台工作人员热情,但英语水平确实不太好,还找来会中文的工作人员,中文也是差强人意,很努力的应对,好评!建议酒店让他们学习使用翻译app。
办理入住时会提醒下载他们的app,可以查询酒店各种信息,活动安排,度假村地图,最关键的两个作用,咨询(可以使用中文输入)和叫电瓶车。
整个度假村规模非常大,电瓶车必备。房间全部都是独栋小别墅,有一栋两户,也有一栋一户的,房间很大,携程的照片所见即所得。很干净,我们入乡随俗,鞋子都脱在门外的。有任何需要都可以使用app沟通。需要更换床品请把小绿纸片放在床上。
早餐很丰富,中西餐,越南本地美食,建议试试他们的白咖啡,非常不错。室内室外都可以坐,自由选择。
娱乐方面,游泳池从上到下一共有5个,最上面两个无边,水深1.2米,风景最好,直接海景。中间一个水深2米,只限成年人。再往下一个1米环形,可以租借桨板,皮划艇和潜水水下动力器。最下面一个是儿童泳池,有小滑梯等。
固定活动场所有室外儿童游乐区,其中的旋转木马免费随意坐。另外一个室外勇敢者路线,需要付费,12岁以上可玩。另外室内有儿童游乐区,电游区,保龄球馆,spa等等。最上面一个泳池边下午五点会有一些小活动,我们看到过小演出,泡泡袖。早餐餐厅前广场每晚六点半到八点半有歌舞杂耍火舞等演出,免费观看。餐厅提供午餐和晚餐,晚餐时可一边吃一边看演出。
我们住在2区(房间号的第一个数字),去游泳和吃早饭都靠走,能够接受,就是外出去大堂必须叫电瓶车,太远走不动,一般叫车后十分钟左右到。餐厅门口可以直接上车。外出都叫grab很方便。
遇到的工作人员都很热情,还会主动提供帮助。非常满意。看到其他评价里提到的问题我们都没有遇到,可能客人没那么多吧。下次来还会选择住他们家。
不愧是五星级亲子酒店,感觉是我们住过的最好的酒店。在除夕当天,用叫车软件叫的车发生过等了45分钟,还没来车的情况,我们自己到路上拦车的。除了那段时间以外,其他一切都好,而且酒店每餐的晚餐和早饭都是会变的。不至于吃腻
房间很不错,距离游泳池很近,早餐不错就是秩序混乱找不到座位,品种尚可,没有五星级水平,服务员要个纸巾都不能提供,服务一般般。酒店很偏去哪都需要叫车,春节期间叫不到。
整体是美奈值得入住的大型度假村,优点很突出:园区设计漂亮,海景与无边泳池是核心亮点,拍照非常出片;客房面积大、采光好,打扫干净,床品舒适度在线;水上乐园与亲子设施完善,适合带孩子;餐饮选择多,早餐水准在线,接驳车通勤便利。
小瑕疵可以接受:园区面积大,高峰时段等电瓶车偶尔需要稍等;酒店无私人沙滩,对面公共沙滩水质一般,更适合在酒店泳池玩水;部分餐厅价位略高于外面本地小店。
综合来看,硬件与服务都达到五星标准,瑕不掩瑜,追求度假氛围、拍照、亲子休闲的游客很适合选择,性价比不错,推荐入住。
