First time staying here as we had a concert nearby. Very nice place. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will return.

What can we do?
The hotel is in desperate need of a common area for guest to hang out. This is both inside and outside. The no smoking and no doing anything else also makes it impossible to visit with people that you have flown across the country to see. You have plenty of signs stating what you can’t do and nothing positive. Very negative vibes.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, we had a toddler with us. The pillowcases were dirty. When it was brought to the night manger all she said was sorry...I'll send someone with new pillowcases and febreeze. They couldn't give us a new room because they were sold out. We asked for a discount and we were told it wasn't possible.

The bathroom didn’t smell clean & definitely needed to be sanitized. It smelled like a public bathroom. The pillows smelled musty. The air conditioner kept turning off so it was uncomfortably hot. I had a very restless night.
