I love ottomans. Shower and towel accessibility and cleanliness. I couldn’t plug in my CPAP . Front desk Linda I believe came up and solved the problem after several tries.

Overall my husband and I had a pleasant experience. We stayed overnight for a wedding check in was an experience and we were able to see first hand how seriously management took customer service. Making sure guest at the desk took priority and felt welcomed. The noon check out was great and gave us a chance to sleep in after a long night. Overall great night!

酒店回复: Unfortunately, we do get overbooked by Hilton. We go in order of booking first to last. The queen rooms are more than the King rooms; due to the overbooking and our issue we left the price at a king. Please give us a try again, Call the hotel and let us know when you are coming and I will try very hard to accommodate you to the best of my abiltiy.

This is a really tough review to write because the hotel is brand new, the rooms are all brand new, the staff was very nice. However, for a new hotel, like BRAND new, the soundproofing in the walls is absolutely nonexistent. There were several people in the room next to me, and I literally heard every piece of every conversation, including them putting ice into their glasses. It was awful… They were drinking and shout talking at each other all night long to the point where I finally at 4 am had to call and ask the front desk to do something. I literally heard the guy from the front desk, from my bed, walk down the hallway, knock on the door, and ask them to be more quiet. And then I heard the conversation after of them laughing and making fun of the situation about how people wanted to sleep. At 5 am I finally said enough is enough, and I literally checked out and slept in my car.
The staff was lovely. However, Hampton Inn… Stop cheaping out on your freaking soundproofing. That is unacceptable. So anyone staying here just know that it’s a nice place to stay, but if you have an inconsiderate person next-door, it’s gonna be a really really long night for you.

There were live bugs outside my room. At breakfast the bananas and apples were rotten and moldy. There wasnt milk for the oatmeal.
