One issue was when I called guest service and operator to inquire about something the call was not answered due to reduced staffing. They should make sure to answer ph calls from rooms always promptly.

Had an amazing experience . Very clean and Responsible spot to stay . U will feel
这次入住体验非常好。我们在酒店餐厅吃了晚餐和早餐，份量和品质都很棒。
房间非常干净，与其说像酒店房间，不如说更像家一样。住了一晚，我们得到了很好的休息。
唯一不太满意的是游泳池更衣室的卫生状况，里面有一股难闻的气味。
干净、整洁、舒适的服务式公寓酒店。下次还会再订！

地理位置优越，入住体验极佳。员工热情友好，提升了酒店的整体体验。房间干净整洁，床铺超级舒适。值得一提的是，淋浴水流如瀑布般倾泻而下。步行即可到达蒂鲁瓦米尤尔火车站。非常棒的住宿体验。
钦奈的住宿环境相当不错。特别要感谢Sabu女士（希望我记得她的名字）。她非常贴心地满足了您的需求。
一家非常棒的酒店。服务一流，房间干净。唯一的问题是我入住时，他们的泳池正在装修，但酒店没有提前通知。这对我来说很重要，因为我选择这家酒店的部分原因是泳池。不过他们安排了车送我们去附近一家有泳池的酒店。不过那里的泳池比较小，水也比较浅，我觉得更像是儿童泳池。除此之外，这家酒店还是不错的。
酒店很不错，但是前面的路总是很拥堵，喇叭声甚至在晚上也持续不断。
早餐，相比之前住过的另一家酒店，当地的食物很多，从日本人的角度来说，吃的东西并不多。
