Mercure Rome Hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Shortly after checking in in the early morning, the room I was staying in had a power outage, making it uninhabitable. The hotel eventually arranged another room for me. However, around 5 a.m. the next morning, I was woken up by a loud knock on the door, and the person at the door demanded that I move out immediately. This incident made me feel extremely offended, and I will never stay at such a terrible hotel again.

订了酒店带阳台的房间，去罗马城各个景点都步行可达，居住体验很好。
这家美居酒店是我住过的最差酒店。凌晨办理入住后不久，我所住的房间便发生停电，导致无法继续入住，酒店最终为我安排了另一间客房。然而，次日凌晨5点左右，一阵剧烈的敲门声将我吵醒，对方要求我立即搬离房间。此举让我感到极大冒犯，我绝对不会再次入住如此恶劣的酒店。

纠结蛮久看评价一般，最终还是预定，觉得不错～服务和位置都不错 去哪里经典基本步行15-20分钟 楼下对面就是maxmara 没有说的周边很乱 只是房间窗户并不是观景房 对着内侧管道 虽小但布局合理总体不错
旁边有家乐福，出门左转大马路还有一家超市（退房那天才发现）
房间非常小，隔音也一般，整个酒店的面积就很小，处处都非常窄。空调不能在自己屋里调，是由前台统一控制，要调的话需要给前台打电话，很麻烦。唯一优点是干净整洁。
很棒的员工、服务和地理位置。我甚至不小心把手机和现金落在酒店房间里，回来后发现它们原封不动，这让我感到非常安心。清洁人员完全没有动它们。我也很喜欢酒店咖啡厅的餐饮，早餐结束后，一杯拿铁和一杯意式浓缩简直是我的必点！
这里的干净整洁令人满意，提供的价值超出预期。此外，交通十分方便，多数旅游热门景点都在步行可至的范围内。
房间干净整洁，卫生间条件不错，面积适中，酒店位居市中心主干道十字交叉路口，离周边的主要景点都非常近，服务人员的态度非常好。
一家中规中矩的三星级酒店。大部分员工非常友好。早餐一般，但咖啡很好喝。地理位置挺中心，但在罗马没人知道这家酒店。甚至连100米外问路的警察都不知道。
这家酒店棒极了，新颖又现代，就在罗马市中心！服务态度一流，而且离火车站也很近。
这家酒店非常棒，地理位置优越，位于罗马市中心，靠近主要景点、火车站和地铁站。
员工超级友好，而且非常注重细节。房间干净舒适，配备所有必需品，甚至还有拖鞋，这在其他四星级酒店是找不到的。
酒店还提供免费饮用水，这比我们在意大利住过的其他酒店更胜一筹。
如果您有机会来罗马，强烈推荐这家酒店。
下次来罗马我肯定还会选择这里。
