Lovely stay, easy check in, the hotel gave us an option to check in early for a small fee. Super clean and very spacious. Our view was phenomenal, and considering the large windows there was barely any noise from the outside. The hotel graciously provided two sets of ear plugs regardless but we didn’t need them at all. The beds and pillows were also very very comfortable. Had some reservations about it being a self check in kind of hotel, but the response time over the phone is very quick and there was always a manager around. The location is perfect. 100% would stay here again.

I experienced several issues with my room that impacted my stay. The noise level was quite high and earplugs weren't sufficient to block it out. The bathroom had mold and felt dirty overall. The walls throughout the room need attention - the paint is chipping and requires a fresh coat. I was surprised to find no water available in my room, not even for the coffee machine. There wasn't a water fountain anywhere in the hotel, and when I asked about purchasing water, I was directed to the closest CVS. The windows were very dirty, and I noticed dust accumulated in every corner of the room. I do want to emphasize that the location is great, and the reception staff were absolutely lovely - the lady who checked me in was the kindest and most helpful person. This feedback is purely about the property condition, not the service. My main concern is that I paid £270 ($365) per night, which set much higher expectations for the room quality. At this price point, I felt disappointed with what I received and honestly feel a bit ripped off. Had I paid a cheaper rate, I wouldn't have had the same level of concerns about these maintenance issues.

The Good: Location and Comfortable Bed and Pleasant Staff in the "Lobby" The Bad: The windows leaked, it was freezing, getting into the room with the fob was annoying often didn't work, the room is tiny and for two people its silly, the bathroom is even smaller and has no heat. The area at the elevator and the elevator itself needs paint..its rather shabby. Reminds me of a Dorm at College. If you want the location its great- otherwise its a pass.

While this Sonder room was not as well equipped or as comfortable as our last Sonder experience, the whole experience was overall quite enjoyable. The front desk staff were so warm, helpful and friendly. The location was great for us too. We found great restaurants, shops, and even a grocery store. Cabs were easy to get…subway was nearby.
