Everything was well organized. The unit was a renovated urban apartment with a well stocked kitchen. The bathroom and amenities were good. The bed was just ok comfortable. WiFi was good. All instructions were correct so that it was very easy to get in. As other have said however the train runs right in front of the hotel. If you are in the back then there are dumpsters or some other loud metal objects in the alley which are even louder than the train. While not their fault this is sort of a hard place to stay unless you are up all night, not much of a sleeper or such a deep sleeper than nothing can wake you up. Were it not for this, it would be an awesome place.

Unit 401 literally rattles when the trains go by. It is UNBEARABLY LOUD and makes it impossible to sleep. Do not book this place, if you can avoid it… at least not if you want to sleep — the trains run 24-7. They should seriously discount the rooms that face the street.

1- I booked well in advance. I needed to cancel last minute and they kept $540 or 90% of the cost. Which was fine. However within an hour I was able to reinstate . They wouldn’t do but wanted me to rebook and pay the full rental on top of the $540 I already paid. Or basically pay double for my rental I had just an hour ago. Shameful
