Very clean facility. Staffers were continuously mopping and wiping when I was checking in. My first room didn't have a refrigerator and the manager kindly moved me to another room. I have no complaints. I only stayed 1 night.

There were very limited services at the hotel. No dining or bar and the only working ice machine in the building was in the kitchen, where I was instructed to go get it myself and this was after trying 3 different floors.

First, check-in was extremely easy and fast. They already had my key cards ready and I was checked-in in about two minutes. They had ice water and lemon ice water on hand as a refreshment.
Parking is self parking with no additional fees.
The room was extremely clean with no sign of any insects, a very clean shower with good water pressure and above average hotel quality soap, shampoo, and lotion. The beds were very comfortable and supportive which is important to me due to spinal issues.
The breakfast was a 7.5 out of 10 when it comes to free hotel breakfasts. They had small cheese omelettes, biscuits, sausage patties (which I made a breakfast sandwich with), cereals, muffins, bagels, waffle makers, yogurt, and a small amount of fruit, as well as orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, and coffee.
The location seemed safe, much safer than other locations I’ve been in in New Orleans. An internet search confirmed a lower crime rate in this area.
I will stay here again next time I’m in New Orleans.

I was VERY, VERY disappointed with my stay there. hotel was suppose to be smoke FREE but was NOT. Would NOT recommend this Comfort Inn and Suites to ANYONE. I even had to get linen for the sofa bed because there was none available in my hotel room. Will NOT stay in a Comfort Inn Suites agaln.

Staff was kind and friendly as well as Informative. It is convenient to shopping and food establishments. Room is spacious and appears to be newly renovated. I especially like the kitchen nook with a mini fridge and a microwave as well as an in-room coffee maker.

先说优点：这是少数几家提供免费机场班车服务的酒店之一，班车运行良好。房间很大，和图片上一样，床很舒服。缺点：酒店“弄丢”了我的预订。他们说曾打电话给我，但我的手机关机了，所以没人接听。当我提出这可能是因为我当时正在飞行时，前台接待员却说：“不……你就是关机了。”这真是个奇怪的回答和对客人的态度。她给我“重新预订”了房间，结果我支付的价格比我最初预订的还要高。我住了两个晚上，整个住宿期间，电视一直没有信号。我告诉了前台接待员（和办理入住时不是同一个人），但她似乎一点也不在意！（她说“可能需要重启”……）尽管被告知会有人来处理，但什么也没做。以我支付的价格来说，没有电视简直是荒谬。一些小问题：淋浴水龙头没有把手，浴室里没有地方挂毛巾（门后原来应该有挂钩，但不见了）。尽管在设施列表中有列出，但房间里根本没有冰箱（只有一个空位）。总的来说，以我支付的费用来看，这是一次非常令人失望的住宿体验，下次我肯定会选择其他酒店。
