We have a zero tolerance for any type of illegal activity and contact the police if any sort of illegal activity is even suspected. Our staff are all trained to recognize the signs of illegal activity and the authorities are contacted without delay. Our amenities work in all of our rooms, and if there is an issue it is addressed immediately. Certainly you did not stay in every room so we do not understand how you can judge every room. Customer service is a priority for us. We are sorry we could not meet your expectations.

非常糟糕的体验
酒店质量非常差，是当地类似的汽车旅馆，而且安全性很差。你好！这个酒店太差了！
1、安全性有待评估，办入住人员是一个像银行人员办理的窗口，只能证件进去，人不跟客人接触；
2、房间门原来被人暴力损坏过而且没有安全门锁；
3、无烟区房，整个走道房间烟味非常重，怀疑是**味道；
4、给我们房间是150，走道门坏进要大力推，出不来要叫人打开；
5、洗手盆没有水；
6、烟雾报警器坏了，隔30秒左右会尖叫一声；
7、床单地毡到处是烟头烫坏；
我们进门后没有动房间其它东西就叫值班人员，要求退房。

我们诉求是：
1、全款退房
2、找了整晚住房，要求赔偿酒店往返市区租车费和油费；
3、按消费者要求赔偿损失；
4、保留进一步追究责任的权利；

房间挺大，卫生一般，环境也一般，朋友帮忙订的，一分价钱一分货，便宜没好货，就住两天凑合了，不推荐，推荐还是住中心贵点就贵点
对于预算有限的短期住宿来说，这里还算可以。
房间空间很大，配有两张大床。但所有东西看起来和感觉起来都很老旧，需要翻新了。
太脏了，就是一个廉价酒店。我是从明尼苏达州路过的时候住的，房间有点吵，味道也不好闻。
