First stay at TRU and was very impressed. Modern with some quirky ideas! Breakfast bar was great. Staff exceptiomal

Overall opinion
Clean room, extremely comfortable bed, very nice staff and very safe feeling. Only concern i had was the room key systems werent working and my app wouldn't activate my room key. No resolution. But overall was amazing

Quiet; my room was near the elevators and I thought I thought it would be noisy, but it was relatively quiet. Clean rooms, great showers. Very nice complimentary breakfast. The only small issue, which didn’t affect me, was that the key card generator was down, so it was a technology issue

我预订这家酒店时选择的是到店付款，但我用的卡和登记的卡不一样。他们在我入住前2小时试图刷登记的卡。下午2点他们打来电话说需要另一张卡。我当时还在飞机上，所以没能接听！我们下午5点到的时候，他们告诉我们他们把我们的房间给了我们！当时正值棒球比赛的周末，几乎找不到房间。他们为我们准备了一间住一晚的房间，所以我们就住了下来。床很硬。电视坏了，房间里只有一条毛巾，供4个人使用。浴室里有之前客人留下的购物袋。马桶里的水是棕色的，原来是水管坏了，影响了马桶的排水。浴室破旧不堪，很脏。淋浴间墙上挂着的大肥皂瓶是空的，我往里面一看（它没有固定好），里面已经发霉了。
之后我们和那个周末住在这家酒店的其他几个人聊了聊，他们也做了同样的事情。显然他们超额预订了。这家TRU的运营者太黑心了！
入住体验不佳。
酒店不太干净。我们房间的地板很黏。大堂晚上11点后到处都是吵闹的人。外面、泳池边、电梯附近以及大堂里的每个垃圾桶都堆满了垃圾，散落在地板上。今天早上我去外面装车，结果我的房间钥匙要么打不开泳池边的门，要么坏了。我不得不绕了一圈才找到酒店。床很破旧，枕头也很扁。对这家酒店的位置印象很差。
入住7晚
酒店漂亮又新，房间舒适，储物空间不大。
不要指望每天都有客房服务，他们只是每天清理垃圾。
工作人员很棒，乐于助人。及时处理问题和要求。酒店干净宽敞。入住体验很棒，谢谢！
员工友好。干净。有点像大学宿舍，建在公共区域。买零食不用现金支付，这点不太满意。
非常干净，工作人员很棒，床可以更硬一些，但这是我唯一想改变的地方
