The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because they took away the tip jar from the breakfast service area. The staff in the breakfast service area was exceptional and they deserve to receive tips. The front desk said they have to keep the tip jar in the back (in the kitchen) which means no one will leave a tip ( although we did).
Please Hampton Inn, put the tip jar back where it is visible.

There were practically no gluten free options for breakfast.
Also, when I came back to my room Sunday night 2 drawers were open. Nothing was missing but it disturbed me that someone opened the drawers.

The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful. My family and I stayed there so we were close to Ginni Springs. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were very clean and cozy. You have a few places to grab food and a Publix is close by. We were able to walk to Dairy Queen for ice cream. You can also walk to Dunkin for coffee. However they do have accessible coffee 24/7 in the front. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is new and we likes that a lot. The bathroom was no super clean but that could be a little better. It was a great place to stay overnight. The staff was really friendly and helpful and did recommend us a great place to lunch. Thank you.

Great overnight stay
We stayed for just one night while visiting with family. We didn't spend much time there but the bedroom was clean. The beds were comfortable.The air conditioning was great.The property seemed new. The breakfast was fine, typical hotel breakfast. It's an easy on and off of the freeway with places to eat within walking distance.
