I didn’t like the overall condition of the property. Broken & outdated appliances. Poor & unsafe outside lighting/parking.
Non-functional or broken interior window/door locks, kitchen drawers. The cleaning crew was still there 30 minutes AFTER our check-inn time. Denied early-check inn. Denied late-check out.

We were waiting for parts to arrive to complete the repair. All other appliances and fixtures are routinely inspected and maintained to ensure functionality and safety.We appreciate your comments regarding lighting, parking, and check-in/check-out policies, as they help us continue improving the experience for future guests.
