For tourists planning a trip, it is strongly advised not to visit here during the off-season or winter. Most of the rides and facilities are closed, so there is almost no experience at all. There is only one restaurant available, leaving very limited dining options. The service attitude at the restaurant is extremely poor. We went for dinner that night, but the staff only said they were busy receiving a large group and had no time for us, telling us to walk out (of the scenic area) to find a farmhouse restaurant on our own to settle dinner.We originally had high expectations for breakfast, hoping it would be something different, but we were even more stunned. We waited from 7:30 to 7:40, and not a single restaurant staff member was in sight. In the end, we heard one employee say the senior staff could not wake up from sleep.Breakfast was served as a fixed set meal? It clearly looked like frozen food reheated and served in a very perfunctory manner. The restaurant staff acted as if they were our boss, shouting, “Yours for two is ready, come and take it.” We paid money to suffer and get yelled at??Please train your restaurant staff properly. The food tasted awful — even worse than the breakfasts provided by hostels and inns in other areas. The difference is worlds apart. We made our reservation very early. If you already knew a large group was coming and that you would not have time or could not prepare the food in time, you should have informed us in advance. That morning, the front desk told us we could dine at the waterfall restaurant in the scenic area and even called to confirm it was open from 4:00 PM. But when we arrived at 6:00 PM, we were told they had no time to receive us. What kind of terrible service attitude is this?? If you cannot receive guests, tell us earlier. We came from out of town, this place is in the suburbs, it is very inconvenient to go anywhere, and getting a taxi is extremely difficult.We understand the closure of scenic facilities, but the restaurant’s service attitude is honestly unacceptable.Conclusion: The experience was terrible — extremely disappointing and absolutely not recommended!
房间很有特色，设施也还不错。早餐美味可口，虽然品种不算多，但还是不错的。停车方便。景区非常的大。有电瓶车也很方便的。总体很好。

有计划出游的游客，一定不要选择淡季，冬季时候前来这里。大致上的游乐设施都关闭，没有什么体验感。餐厅选择就那么一家。餐厅的服务态度超级差，当天晚上我们前去用餐，但是，餐厅员工只说一句要接待大团体，没空招待我们，让我们自行走路出去（景区外）找农家乐解决晚餐。
早餐原本很期待会比较不一样，结果，看了更傻眼。从730等到740，不见餐厅员工踪影。最后，听到一位员工说其他老员工睡不醒。
早餐就给套餐？看着就是冷冻食品来预热，敷衍。
餐厅员工好似我的老板，就大喊一句，你们两个的好了，过来拿。花钱来受罪，受气？？
请培训好你们的餐厅员工，食物味道也超级烂，还不如其它区客栈的早餐。差天差地。
我们很早就预定了，如果你们知道有大团来，没有空，来不及准备食物应该提前告知。而且，当天早上前台也说我们可以在景区的瀑布餐厅用餐，而且还打电话确认，告诉我们是傍晚4：00就营业。结果6：00，我们过去，却被告知没有空接待我们。什么烂服务态度？？不能接待，就提前告知。而且，我们是外地来的，这里也是郊区，去哪里都不方便，打车也超级难。
景区游乐设施关闭，可以理解，但是，餐厅服务态度真的是让人接受不了。
结论：体验感超级烂，超级差，超级不推荐，失望！！！

第二次来凤龙湾，这次选择直接住下。其实光论住宿条件这里估计只能算三星水平，很多年了，听说换了老板后没有以前好了。早餐跟一大堆旅游团的大妈大爹挤，整体的质量只能达到三星级，连牛奶好像都是兑水的，喝一口我直接吐了。除去这些，论环境和生态绝对的五星，很大一个湖，晚上有精彩的打铁花和篝火晚会，小孩玩的不亦乐乎。
订的湖景木屋别墅，环境不错，很安静，离一朵云很近，晚上看演出方便。床品很舒适，阳台很大，坐在阳台的摇摇椅上吹吹风，很是惬意。景区人不多，可以随心所欲玩。唯一不足的是地库到大堂没有电梯，酒店的接驳车到不了房间，行李多有点折腾。
第二次来了～这里比较适合一大家人一起出行，小朋友很喜欢～国庆期间活动很丰富，表演看了，风景看了、期待下一次的出行
陪孩子来，而且是第二次来， 还是玩的不想走，里面既适合大人又适合孩子，老幼皆宜，真心值得推荐，儿子说以后还会再来。
门票加住宿性价比很高，房间有特色，风景优美，有免费电瓶车可以接送，也有免费泳池供孩子游玩，早餐品种很丰富。建议增加房间光源，有些暗。总之体验很好，去凤龙湾玩的话，强烈推荐在度假村住一晚。
带着爸妈和宝宝一起的亲子出游，没想到爸妈也能玩的很嗨，洞穴酒店很特色，建议大家住双床房不要住大床房，双床房竟然比大床房大一圈，房间感觉比大床房漂亮，入住酒店有接驳车从停车场送到前台办理入住再送到房间，这点很方便，晚上有打铁花和篝火晚会，把互动感一下就调动起来了，老妈跳脚跳得比我一个年轻人还嗨，乐园总体还是不错的，要是套餐把小火车加进去就更完美了
嗯，比较潮湿，因为我们去的时候一直在下雨。但是其实已经算是夏天了，然后他又在湖边上飞的话，进去能感觉到床单和被子有点湿湿的感觉。所以的话要开电热毯烘一下才好睡。然后卫生间的话有点凉，它没有任何的暖气，整个房间也没有空调，不过有台烘机可以用一下。就是毕竟在绿植多的公园，各类小虫子蛮多的。
