I travel a lot and am usually wary of budget hotels, but the SureStay exceeded my expectations. While plain, the lobby and the room was very clean and comfortable (none of the weird smells you get a lot in other budget stays). The staff was also very friendly. Recommended if you just want a basic, clean room and don't want to spend 30-50% more for the somewhat fancier hotels just down the street.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was, for the second time, a comfortable, convenient base for visiting our college student at CWU. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the parking lot and grounds were clean and felt safe.
There is no elevator here, but a first or second floor room are easy to get to (if you are not wheelchair bound).
The only problem we had was the neighbor noises (I swear the guy above us was stomping around in steel work boots and dragging a manual lawnmower back and forth for 2 hours one night). But we didn’t complain and the noises stopped by 10pm, so sleeping wasn’t a problem.
I can’t rate the breakfast (very carby options) or pool and hottub, because we didn’t use them, but both seemed popular and looked clean.
I’m sure we will book many times in the next 4 years!

The breakfast was very nice, with a variety of food choices. The employee servicing the dining room was friendly and competent. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge, microwave, desk and desk chair, easy chair, etc. My husband and I were very pleased with the price of our stay, as well.
