Overall, the hotel staff and total experience was excellent. I will plan to stay there when I come to town more often. Jesse at the front desk was a big help and very courteous after a long day of traveling.

The staff was amazning, so friendly and accomading. The housekeeping staff was awesome. I room was spotless everyday. The breakfast was so great. There was something different to choose from each day. The cooks were really good. I would definetly reccomend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

New and clean building with all needed amenities. Surprisingly and wonderfully quiet for a weekend stay.

The room is basic, but very nicely decorated and very clean, there is a mini fridge and a microwave, the TV was huge with plenty of channels to pick and choose from. We only stayed one night. So we didn’t use the pool. The only hiccup was that our toilet stopped flushing properly in the morning after. Otherwise, this place is really really nice.

Parking had good lighting. Rooms were very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and the food was great.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, breakfast is also good, the only issue we had was there is no privacy for the indoor pool, you can be seen from the parking lot, we were surprised the windows weren’t fogged like the Hilton we normally stay so we chose not to use the pool which was actually why we booked here while visiting Noah’s Ark. we had no other issues, and still turned a 3 night stay into 4. I would stay at another location but only after asking about the pool. No one wants people in the parking lot looking through the windows

The only thing I didn't like is at night I could hear the expressway. I wake up through the night. Other than that it was wonderful.

But I don't understand is why a handicapped room is put almost at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor.
