we requested a room transfer because it's beside the road, and you can hear every vehicle passing by
they'd allow only if there were vacancies, and luckily they did
房间有点暗，进门前的灯是坏的，我们让前台来修，但没人来。我们有点失望。
连续在这里住了两晚，对住宿体验很满意。这里的员工和经理都非常出色——非常友好、有礼貌，而且乐于助人。我一定会再来的。

他们没有满足我们更换房间的要求，之后也没有任何后续跟进……
房间状况良好，员工非常热情周到，食物出乎意料地好吃，步行即可到达Trinoma和SM购物中心。我要求叫醒服务，但没能实现，等了半个多小时，之后又打了两次电话才送来一桶冰。我之前不知道SOGO是一家“短时”住宿场所。
