Everyone was friendly and clean. Had a bar and small market with lots of options. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because they didn’t come in and make the beds and take the trash etc

I would like to provide clarity for why your room was not cleaned during your stay. At the CY Waverly, unless specifically requested at check-in, housekeeping services are done every other day as opposed to each night. You stayed with us for two nights, and therefore your room was not scheduled for cleaning on your second night.I apologize if this was not clearly explained to you at check-in. We would love to have another opportunity to host you again in when you are in the area!

我通过*******预订了房间，原本打算预订当晚的房间……那天晚上我到酒店办理入住时，才发现我预订的是一周前的房间，而我根本不需要那晚的房间。当然，我在*******上预订的是不可退款的房间。然而，我和前台的两名工作人员沟通后，他们拒绝退款，尽管这家酒店每晚都客满。我入住的那天晚上，他们甚至已经客满了。我为人诚实，甚至有些过于诚实，但他们竟然不愿意为我这个无心之失退还一笔简单的款项，这真的让我非常沮丧。后来，我甚至联系了*******，试图争取退款，但最终还是失败了。
泳池坏了
我带孩子们来这里度假，想趁着阵亡将士纪念日长周末游泳放松一下。我们买了新的泳池玩具和零食，结果到了之后发现泳池加热器坏了，水温只有70华氏度（约21摄氏度）！泳池里没有座位，而且泳池很小，根本没法用。真是太失望了。我以后不会再来了。

我一直找不到这股难闻的气味是从哪里来的，直到我发现一只袜子，显然是某个卫生习惯很差的人留下的。那只袜子臭气熏天。电视机下面的小隔间里还有两条脏兮兮的黄色客房清洁毛巾。黑色的石板地板也脏得一塌糊涂，我怀疑根本就没拖过。第二天早上退房的时候，我把这些都告诉了工作人员。她说了声“抱歉”，但既没有提供折扣，也没有其他任何补偿。这家酒店本身很漂亮，但清洁工作实在太差劲了。
