Both the valet attendant and front lobby concierge were extremely welcoming and helpful getting me settled in and oriented to the hotel’s offerings as well as very knowledgeable about the hotel history and things to do nearby. I was very impressed and appreciate their level of service. I had breakfast at Wild Swann the next morning and the gentleman facilitating breakfast service was equally impressive with top notch service and menu options. I’ll definitely plan a return stay and bring my family along. Thank you!

This is a beautiful hotel with super friendly staff…it would be a ten but I would give it an eight due to windows being drafty and the mattress being a little too firm.

Loved the location and decor of the hotel. Room could have used a padded chair to sit in and queen beds, instead of doubles.

The Grady Hotel was a wonderful stay! The building was immaculate. The staff was very friendly. The highlight of our stay was breakfast at The White Swan. The best breakfast we’ve ever had on a trip. And Mark is amazing!! Totally made our trip.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and new. Very clean. Our server Mark in the restaurant was exceptional! Kevin that checked us in was efficient and so informative. The breakfast at Wild Swann.... the biscuits oh the biscuits!!!!
