Staff was courtesy, missing body wash in room, the air/fan would not stay on continuous, room was stuffy at night.
The shower valve needed to be fixed…it was either hot or cold…very dangerous

One of the cleanest, hotels I have been at. It had a Hilton vibe, was very surprised how nice of a hotel it was. Anyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, highly recommended

The room wasn't clean like it should be the lighting in here. Sucks really bad. They need brighter lights or something. A young lady at the counter was very sweet. Couldn't reach the soap and shampoo or anything. Had to have my husband come in and push this pump it out of there for me, cause I couldn't reach Other than that, we love it here. At this time it was disappointing.

We had no wifi for two days, no one bothered to tell us it was out when we checked it. My wife and I planned to work our jobs remote from the hotel but missed a day of work because of this issue. Once we inquired about it were told we could go elsewhere to use wifi which was not really accomodating to work from a gas station. The staff did not communicate well that is was down or when it was finally fixed we had to figure it our for ourselves.
