The hotel did not have the room that I paid for and instead gave me an accessible room (which was way cheaper than I paid). The bathtub was also backing up with every shower so it was always a rushed shower.
They were able to change the room the next day but we already were unhappy with the stay

We attended a wedding in Mesa and about 10 family stayed at this hotel and everyone was very comfortable during their stay. My wife and I arrived ealy for our check-in and Laura the front receptionist was very accommodating and was able to get us checked in early. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and professional.
