A nice property with poor customer service!
When we arrived they gave is an “accessible room” on the 1st floor near the exit a floor and room we didn’t request and when we asked to change the front desk gave us attitude then put us in a room with flickering lights and a non functioning kitchen light. In addition the room smelled like old cooked food and the tub was full of hairs from the previous occupants. Our experience was not pleasant and when we asked for just a little extra time to check out wet were denied. I could bit recommend this place. The experience was ruined by poor customer service.

Great accessible stay
The accessible suite was perfect, and the pool lift was great to be able to use as well. There were even tables at breakfast that fit a power wheelchair without the armrests hitting like happens with many tables. Definitely recommend to anyone with accessibility needs.

We use a fire stick when traveling. Had to call to get internet set up. Internet shut off at midnight.

Coming back for sure!
The Hotel was so clean amd the staff was friendly, caring, and always around to see if we needed anything. The rooms were also great! Really the only complaint I have if I had to have one would be the be was a little hard, but most people tend to like them a little firm.

The hotel itself was not too bad but the area was not the greatest. However, I don’t blame the hotel for the area as they are doing the best with what they have.
The worst part about this was the staff and service. The hotel has a 4pm check in policy. However, I called ahead on the day of my check in and requested an early check in wherein I was told this could be accommodated. Upon arrival, the girl I spoke to on the phone happened to be the person at the counter and she proceeds to tell me they don’t have any rooms available for early check in and they don’t allow it happen ever. Furthermore, she told me her name over the phone and then confirmed her name in person revealing she was the same person I spoke to. Her manager was present and she tried to lie about what she told over the phone. My issue was my plan centered around being able to check in early because they told me they could accommodate this. The hotel’s policy was check in at 4 so she could have just told me no over the phone and I would have made other arrangements. This was extremely unprofessional and almost caused serious issues for me. Again, I’m not mad about their check in policy, I’m mad they told me they were waiving it only to reneg once I arrived. Just awful.

Compared to other properties in this area, this was 10/10. Quiet, clean, and updated. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again.

Shower had limited hot water. Pool was filthy.
