房间很宽敞 莫那什大学附近 走路大约20-30 分钟 酒店附近有连锁超市 有中餐馆 吃饭购物很方便。环境好 去莫纳什大学很方便
自驾去的，停车非常麻烦。先停B1.上楼办入住，然后给个二维码去挪车，进B2刷码，然后到B2指定区域再刷房卡。25澳元一晚上，还要再加上刷卡手续费。非必要，自驾别来这。一层是个商场，有好几个中餐厅，还有一个大超市。

今天墨尔本最高气温46度，短租的地方没有空调，只好出来住酒店避暑，就近原则选择了宾乐雅。本来看评论不是太好，有点担心，结果住进来就惊喜了，前台服务员态度非常友善，耐心讲解。房间很大，很干净，配备了一次性洗漱用品和拖鞋，网络信号也很好。虽然没有免费矿泉水，但有提供速溶咖啡、小杯调味奶，还是很不错的，最方便的是楼下就是超市和各式餐饮。很满意！
性价比高，住了3晚，免费升级为豪华大床房。评论区里说的停车方式确实是那样，但这次的停车费25澳元一晚上酒店直接给包含在房费里面，不需要自己出。早餐没买酒店的，要31澳元1个人。酒店下面有超市和中餐厅，吃饭购物非常方便，超市里可以买早餐，几澳元解决问题。下次来还可以住。

我预订了一间三人房，价格比双人房贵了70美元。我原本以为这笔额外费用是用来加床的，因为房源描述中也提到了加床需要额外支付70美元。
然而，入住时我发现，我支付的更高价格仅仅是为了得到一张特大号床——和双人房的配置一样——并没有提供加床。这让我觉得，当初直接预订双人房，然后单独申请加床会更合理。
请问，在没有提供加床的情况下，为什么三人入住会产生额外的费用？另外，我想知道我是否可以获得这笔额外支付金额的退款。
