went on Christmas vacation. Nice location with warm atmosphere. I had booked a suite because we absolutely wanted a fireplace and we had specified it in the reservation. As soon as we asked for wood, they replied that this has an extra charge and they are sorry that they had not informed us earlier. That same afternoon there was no hot water in the room, because...... there were too many people. Christmas Eve was one of my worst experiences ever... Unacceptable unsustainable food with a live orchestra at deafening volume, tragic choice of songs and incredibly out of tune. The bad food continued as the next day there was not even any bread at breakfast, for unknown reasons. Overall the quality of the food was very poor. In general, the furnishings of the rooms need updating (very old mattress, worn carpet), but this did not bother me as much as the clear amateurishness of the business. Having said all of the above, I paid 260 euros per night and of course extra for the revue. It would be good to respect the guests and not make fun of them to get their money.
这是一家老酒店，经过了翻新，空间非常漂亮，尤其是大堂，非常棒。房间有点小、有点旧，但我们一点也不介意。从暖气和热水来看，都很棒。干净的。 早餐美味且丰盛，还可以欣赏周围群山的美景。地理位置极佳。很棒的经历，我还会再去。
