服务态度非常好，并且配有中文服务，房间里面无异味。床上用品更换频率低，使用很久都没有更换过，这一点作为万豪酒店来说，很不匹配，希望能改进。
这家酒店位置处于市区适中地段，到景点和车站的距离不算太远，打车十几分钟就能到。房间空间大小刚好够用，基础设施都能正常使用，就是部分家具看着有点陈旧。卫生情况整体还行，床单被套没有污渍，不过卫生间角落稍微有点积灰。服务态度中规中矩，有需求反馈后能处理，但不会主动提供额外帮助，适合预算有限的短途出行。
床单很脏 这基本上好像成印尼酒店的惯例了 ，但是这家除了这个还有好多其他地方很差 ，床头的木板看着脏兮兮的 但是擦又擦不掉 ，洗脸池的水下水很慢 有时候有故障下不去 ，最差的就是纸巾 洗完手用纸巾擦的时候手上手上全是纸屑 ，包括卫生纸也是很容易破 。最最坑人的可能就是吃饭了 叫了个牛肉汤 最后收了IDR 153000,结果我第2天换了一家酒店 点了一个同样的牛肉汤收了我 60000，不比不知道一比吓一跳 瞅一下竟然多收了我150% ，我下面附的有图 ，尽管叫法不一样 但是端上来都是一模一样的牛肉汤套餐 。

房间很好很安静，双人房两边都有插座很方便，早餐很丰盛，环境也不错，餐厅就在泳池旁边，地理位置也还可以，去市中心不远，服务态度也不错，性价比很高，下次来泗水一定还会再来！
酒店员工非常棒，从你走进酒店的那一刻起，前台和咖啡厅的所有员工都特别好。早餐选择也很完美。

首先整体来说还是很好的，尤其是服务态度，前厅🈶帮忙开门问好的门童，在办理入住时会送上苹果汁，也能够帮助我们解决问题。房间还是很大的，但是毛巾很发黄，第二天我看小车上是有感觉的毛巾，这点有些差评。早餐选择也很多，有先煮的方便面还有鸡蛋。
我们因工作在泗水住了几晚，这是我们第一次来这座城市。酒店非常舒适，有一张宽敞的床，很轻松就够我们两个大人和7岁的孩子睡。房间本身也相当宽敞，还带有一张沙发，这多出来的座位很不错。我充分利用了酒店的健身设施，那里有大量的有氧器械、最大20公斤的哑铃和一台拉力器——足够满足我的健身需求。泳池大小适中，甚至还有一个婴儿池。早餐很棒，食物和饮品种类丰富。总的来说，我们全家对这次入住很满意，如果你正在寻找一个中等价位的选择，我们会推荐这家酒店。这里打车很方便，附近有几家餐馆，离Ciputra购物中心也不太远。
