Great four-star stay. Would be a five star review but for the motorcycles and cars going back and forth on the main drag on weekends. Service, room and amenities were great though.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful architecture in a historical building. Staff was excellent and very accommodating.

The location to the venue was ideal! The valet parking was as great! Since we did not have instructions on how to operate the thermostat, we had to go down to the front desk and ask for assistance. Fortunately, she was able to do it from the front desk computer. The breakfast was good. Jordan, our waitress, was fantastic!
We had to call the front desk twice to try to get our TV working.The first time I was told someone would be up to fix it. The second time I was told a maintenance man won't be in until Sunday to fix it. We left Sunday morning around 9:15.
The other issues we had in our room were:
-coffee maker did not work
-TV did not work
-No Internet
-no binder with restaurants or other local attractions
-no instructions on how to operate the thermostat since it was freezing when we arrived.
The front desk clerk also asked what they could do to rectify our situation. I said to comp our room 50%. She made a list of the above issues and was going to give it to CeCe, the manager, Sunday morning. After breakfast, we learned she would not be in until 9 or 10 am. We could not wait to leave. The issue still was not resolved when we left the hotel. Not a very good, first time guest experience.

It was a wonderful day besides the toilet being clogged other than that the room was wonderful noisy at night first time being in Allentown

Beautiful 1920s era hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Mattress was a bit too soft but not terrible. No parking and valet is $35/day. Or park in garage up street. Staff was very warm, welcoming, and attentive. Only complaint is that I had requested a late check out day before check-in and was granted it for a $30 added fee. Woke up morning of check-out to a message my late check-out was denied due to 3 weddings booked for the night. Front desk did apologize for mix-up. Was never charged so no harm, no foul.

我们住的房间天花板是吊顶,装着最亮、最不舒服的白色荧光灯,即使是最破旧的办公楼也受不了。因为灯光太刺眼,我们只能勉强用床头柜上的两盏灯和微波炉的灯。“大床”实际上是一张双人床。我身高5英尺8英寸(约1.75米),双脚却悬在床沿上。床垫太软,我猜是床垫底座坏了,导致我和丈夫每晚都滚到这张小床的中间。墙壁薄如纸,门关上要用力摔,地板又便宜又简陋。即使在10楼,我们也能听到交通和街道的噪音,就像身处室外地面一样。水压极低,真庆幸出发前洗了头,这样就不用在这里洗头了。光是洗个澡,把身上的肥皂洗掉就很费劲了。
房间面积宽敞,但布局很奇怪。房间配有迷你冰箱和微波炉,这点很不错,空调的音量也足够大,可以盖过一些噪音。这大概是我对这家酒店最满意的评价了。
