The rooms were clean, but there was a photographer in the lobby as we were trying to go to breakfast, so we were not able to walk through the lobby and therefore could not use our $15.00 food credit.

酒店回复: Thank you for your review - we're glad you enjoyed your stay! The shower was designed when we first opened the hotel in 2016, but we will review this design based on guest feedback like yours when we are next due for renovations.

The overnight front desk employee was fantastic. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until 3am and she was incredibly helpful with parking suggestions and any other accommodations we needed. She was also very friendly and professional and after a stressful day of travel with a busy weekend she made it the most seamless experience.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was well maintained.
My only reason for 3 stars is the SHOWER. I hadn’t even noticed in the pictures prior to my choosing this hotel that it DOESNT HAVE A DOOR and instead is only HALF a piece of glass (which I guess I can partially blame myself for not being more observant to pictures & just assuming that all showers have full doors?)
However, I cannot take any blame for the RARELY existent HOT WATER. Unless you plan your showers for a time when most other guests wouldn’t be (around dinner time), your shower is going to be cold and I can attest to this from personal experience. Any time in the morning or later in the evening, you can fully expect an incredibly unpleasant experience.

We have not heard any feedback about the shower temperature from other guests, but we will be sure to investigate the showers in your room and on your floor to ensure it is fixed properly for all of our travelers.

First they tell me i have to park two blocks away and just walk through the Skywalk. Come through the Skywalk, get to the elevator and it won't go down to -1 for the tunnel. Had to walk outside and around the building back in and this was Saturday at 4pm (wouldn't think the elevator would be closed) then they said to bring them the parking ticket, when i did she didn't know what to do with it since it was a new process and would have a manager call me that morning (which never happened) then to leave early Monday morning, Skywalk is closed, had to walk to the parking garage through downtown streets with our luggage like a homeless family, quite embarrassing with your child. I typically stay a few blocks away during the game, this time we chose to stay here and it was the wrong decision.
