We stayed in the Hamsa rooms. The rooms could do with glass window to let some natural light in . They do have wooden windows but you could not open them if you had the air conditioning on or if it was raining it also would let creepy crawlies in. The spa needs better towels ours looked dirty and well used. On the positives, The resort is well maintained and beautiful. The tree canopy is lovely! The food was great. Service by Raju & Bheeshm very warm & good. They are a credit to the resort.

Disappointing Stay at Brown Town Resort – Not Worth the Price We stayed at Brown Town Resort recently and, unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. We booked the Auro Villa for ₹15,000 per night, expecting a premium and relaxing stay, but the room condition was a major letdown. The ceiling started leaking during our stay, and the hygiene standards were quite poor considering the high price point. The room had too many mosquitoes, and to make things worse, we had cockroaches crawling on us at night – which was extremely unsettling. We spent a total of ₹23,000 (₹15k for the room and around ₹8k on food and spa services), and frankly, it did not feel like good value for money. The spa was average – nothing exceptional to write about. On the brighter side, the food and room service were decent, and we faced no issues in that regard. We did raise our concerns with the management, and while they acknowledged the problem and offered us lunch and a late checkout, we had already checked out by then due to prior commitments. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend this resort to others – unless you’re okay with insects inside your room and are not expecting a truly premium experience.

They are operating without Trade License illegaly. General manager has zero authority. We came on 28-29 June and its one horror experience. There was no valet service to begin with. The washrooms were astrociously dirty. We had to call reception 10 times to clean it.The food was ultra spicy and not fresh. What we got served in lunch, was served at dinner. There was a rain dance party and we realised rooms are not at all sound proof. There was no ventilation in rooms. We asked for them to cut an apple for us and it was refused on premise that kitchen is shut. Extra water bottles were also declined without extra money. There is no TV in room. We saw sweeping guy picking up glasses from floor and putting next to water tanker. Never visit this place. Its spoiling your mood and time.

I had a confirmed booking with @makemytrip at Brown Town Resort, Hyderabad on 24th May. On arrival, I was denied entry after waiting 1.5 hours. Why? Because they prioritized a wedding over guests with confirmed bookings. No help. No apology. Just stress, extra costs, and a ruined special occasion. This is not just poor service — it’s negligence. @makemytrip has refunded and promised some compensation, but Brown Town Resort hasn’t even acknowledged the issue. What struck me most was the blatant greed exhibited by the management. Prices skyrocketed during peak season, with no justification for the exorbitant rates. Worse, they were not upfront about hidden charges, which came as a surprise at checkout. For instance, [mention an example, e.g., “a ‘service fee’ that wasn’t disclosed initially”]. It’s frustrating to see a business prioritize profits over providing value to their customers.

The ambience, hospitality and the food was just excellent. We stayed in the Himalayan suite. The variety of rooms available is simply amazing Himalayan was just replica of the cottages we find in Himalayan region. Really authentic and refreshing!! Best getaway for the weekend

BrownTown is definitely one of the best resorts in Hyderabad and we had a whale of a time! The vast, green sprawling space gave our team enough space and privacy to have a fantastic day outing! I'd highly recommended them. Ms. Rosaline was quite helpful. The food was good, the non veg dishes could be a little better but no complaints, they were hygienic and the veg food more than made up for it! Mr. Manish was quite accomodating with our requests.

It's located in lush greenery with lots mango trees. The service is really good and food was decent. We took the Himalayan suite and it's very comfortable. The amenities included in our package were swimming pool, indoor game (pool, carem, etc) and outdoor games. The best part was nature all around - ducks, birds etc all roaming freely. There's secure parking available inside. Had a very good time with family and try to visit again.

i would say the most awesome part was the food was excellent and due to that your day becomes more energetic and facilities are excellent too ,try to have new type of food and also u can have fun with indoor and outdoor games also if you really like to have good memories
