Dirty- mold filled room. Our stay at this hotel was less than desirable. The room was dirty, outdated and smelled since we arrived. The room had condensation in the windows so bad that we couldn’t see out the window. Upon bringing it up with the staff, they did not even apologize. My 4 year old developed a full body rash after staying here which the doctors attribute to toxic mold exposure. The hotel staff has yet to offer a refund or even an apology. You are better off staying at a local motel which would be nicer than this hotel. The breakfast also consists of granola bars and yogurts.

Loud rooms, uncomfortable beds, small rooms, worst breakfast options ever. Breakfast Options were (yogurt and milk in ice buckets with stale cereal and thats it). Not impressed, will stay somewhere else next time I visit Wenatchee.

Good location and nice spacious and clean room. I didn't use the pool because I thought allowing guests to get in with clothes on (t-shirts and shorts) and people not showering before getting in wasn't hygienic. I would say that the hotel need to invest in better breakfast options as it was very limited.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years. Dingy, dated rooms. Weird suspicious stains everywhere. Not good at all. I was booked for 2 nights, but left after one night. I asked about checking out early, but they said I’d have to pay for both nights anyway. OK, whatever. I just had to get out of there because the room was so depressing. Went to the really nice, new, and modern Hilton Garden Inn which was CHEAPER and so much nicer than this dreadful place!

My family and I stayed in Wenatchee for a night and we had to change our hotels last minute. So we called Larry at Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel who provided amazing customer service! He was able to accommodate us and he was very pleasant while assisting us. It was encouraging especially since it was kind of a long night for us. We had a great stay at this hotel. I think the employee Larry should get a raise! Thank you.

Great hotel. My blow dryer didn't, went to the front desk and told him, he apologized alot for the inconvenience and when I got back up to my room there was a new one by my door! The front desk is amazing! Great job! We have stayed here numerous times before and they are always friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!
