Nice hotel, nice room , But !!!!! My wife and I spent a Saturday night here . We make a point of having date weekend once a month . This particular Saturday a boys hockey team was staying there . Listening to 11/12 year boys run up and down the hallway till 10 pm and again at 8 am made for a less than enjoyable night . The kicker was the kids running through the dining area during breakfast . This while some parents sat there nursing their hangovers . Pathetic . Coast Hotels I suggest you enforce some rules regarding this . It makes for less than enjoyable stays for the other guests .

had an odd check in experience with an inn down the road, but this place in Oliver saved the day. Good service, great location for morning walks by the canal (eh, a straight river? ***!) and a central location in small town Oliver. Easy to get around for dinner. Osoyoos down the road is close enough to visit, but so cheezy, this made for a nice base. A bit expensive for a rate, but otherwise this place saved my recent south Okanagan vacation. Will be back in future.

Currently staying at the hotel, this place goes more downhill every year. Huge lineup out the door at 9pm at night. I politely ask if i could be let into the pool as i have raging kids from this endless lineup. They responded with “absolutely not” she then proceeded to check me in with a “card that could get her in big trouble” i stated to her dont i need to sign something to check in. She stated “no im good”. She then began running down the hallway after me stating “you lied to me i didnt know you needed to check in and i gave u a card” i stated “myself and my wife both clarified that we needed to be checked in and why dont u need a signature” she continued to argue with a customer. She also called me a liar on numerous occasions which as a law enforcement officer i take offence to. Would love if the manager got ahold of me because after going to this place since it opened regularly this will be the last time i go here.

酒店回复: Dear RoberBurton1994 Thank you for sharing your feedback and we're sorry that your experience at the hotel was not pleasant. Please be advised that this is a very busy time for hotels and sometimes there is wait time for check-in if there is a line-up. Our hotel pool and hot tub are only for guests and you will have to check-in before you get access to hotel amenities. However, I hope that you got to enjoy the pool as you were a late arrival around 9:23pm and our pool closes at 10pm. I apologize that the FD agent's behavior was questionable. However, I will speak to her personally to see what happened. I do have notes of the incident from her side. Will be following up with her. Apart from that, I am hoping you had a good stay. Thank You

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Coast Hotel. Our double queen room was very adequate and clean. We enjoyed the mountain view and of the waterway from our room. Our package included a bottle of local wine which made it a very good deal. Hotel has a few tables outside. So you can order takeout and have it in the warm evening sun like we did. A children's play ground is on the side of the hotel. Breakfast was good. Similar to other hotels that offer free breakfast. The front desk lady who checked us in was very pleasant., We asked for a quiet room and we received what we asked for. Amazingly, she was also the one who checked us out in the morning, Seems like they and every other hotel are short staffed. Seems like she had the evening shift then the morning shift the next day but still offered us similes during checkout! Will return again to visit the hotel and the area.

The only complaint I have, is that the following morning of my first night, someone let themselves into my room, un-announced while I was still in bed. Not sure who or why. There were no "do not disturb" door signs made available if you wanted privacy.

Nice rooms, but fridge had not been cleaned (there was old food and beer in it!). The coffee machine was there, but no coffee, cups, glasses, sugar, etc. The bed linen looked a bit wrinkled but seemed clean when I pulled down the sheets. The front desk person was very helpful but obviously overworked. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone was not answered, so I had to physically go down and request the missing items. Breakfast was your usual free hotel fare: eggs looked (and tasted) like plastic frisbees, but the sausage and hash browns were good. Still, for Oliver, this is the best choice.

I return to the coast regularly for work. The rooms are always clean and the hotel staff work hard to make sure everything is perfect (I appreciate the kettle that they bring me for my tea!). The rooms have a mini fridge and microwave. I feel safe in the hotel and the location is conveniently close to everything.

Clean spacious room with a comfortable king bed. Quiet air conditioning. Free continental breakfast was good but nothing special. Close to all the wineries on Black Sage Bench, Tucelnuit Road, and Highway 97. In a central location between Osoyoos and Okanagan Falls.
