The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The best part was the safety…you need a key card for the elevator to move to any floor. I would love to stay here again!!

Hotel is clean and the staff is awesome! We were there for soccer and it was close to the stadium. My only complaint would be it’s a little loud if your room is next to the street but other than that I would highly recommend.

AC unit wasn’t up to par. Room was damp/dank feeling. Live TV wasn’t available for whatever reason. I paid over $600/night and expected better.

Just a place to sleep, welll almost.
Hotel was in a convenient location for restaurants and to get to out location.
However, our room waant that clean. It was onvious the floor in the bathroom wasnt swept or mopped. The wall infront of the sink had toothpaste splashed on it.
We did attempt to have breakfast on the first morning as they did advertise what did look like a decent breakfast. However, when we got into the breakfast area it wasn't anything like they advertised. Hardly any choices and then they told us the have a breakfast off the menu would be $15. Due to the selection we choice simple eggs, bacon and grits. Food came out and first bite of the bacon it was obvious it had been sitting. The grits were cold. The only decent thing were the eggs. I ended up having eggs and yogurt due to the good beinf vold and terrible.
Not worth the money go around the corner and have a good breakfast it better.
The second night there was someone in the room above us that kept running around the room with the heaviest steps and that went on from 4am until we finally said, lets just go. We left at 7am.

我想退还第一晚的房费，因为我21岁的儿子被困在卫生间大约45分钟，玻璃门卡住了，只能打开大约13英寸。整个晚上都是这样，直到第二天早上才退房。前台人员来我们房间时说打不开，我们俩都试着撬开那扇又大又重的玻璃门，他打电话给值班的维修人员，但进不来。所有这一切都有记录，他们给了我们一些免费的零食，仅此而已。希望我们能解决这个问题，谢谢。
