Our go to hotel when staying in midtown Memphis. Not cheap but clean, well appointed rooms, easy parking and good food options…..particularly for my morning coffee and bagel!

Very enjoyable experience. Staff warm friendly, helpful, rooms and hotel very clean and maintained. Breakfast staffing was short handed but we have learned to expect that of Memphis in general. The staff worked hard to compensate. Look forward to staying again.

Charming boutique hotel with lovely rooms and super friendly staff. A really pleasant stay overall!
前台工作人员的服务态度和礼貌程度还有待提高。大堂酒吧和餐厅的情况也一样。屋顶餐厅的服务简直棒极了，差别非常明显。
地理位置优越，房间宽敞，每层楼的喷泉都提供饮用水。
今天早上没电了，我入住时，淋浴墙很脏，房间里的垃圾桶里有垃圾。每晚 550 美元，我期望能有更好的住宿条件。非常令人失望，本来很期待入住这家酒店。
家具破损、狗叫、房间发臭。
很吵。可以听到交通的声音。凌晨 2:00 和 3:00 尝试给前台打过 (3) 次电话。无人接听。
餐饮服务太糟糕了。
