中间出了点小问题,但是不影响体验,经理送了两份spa表示歉意,酒店服务很好,早餐比较精致,就是泳池关闭时间太早了,7点就关闭了

这家chedi真的是非常的不推荐!
房间空调一会跳掉一会跳掉
浴室设计极其捡漏且规划很不合理 淋浴房设计的极小 水压也非常小 洗澡很不舒服
客房清洁也一塌糊涂 打扫房间也不放新的牙具和棉签 双床房间显然是两个人住 只放一双拖鞋也不知道是什么意思
酒店公共区域也很小 十分钟就可以逛完了 服务也跟不太上 快3000一晚的酒店真的是非常不值得
欧美人居多。 中国人很少。 房间内部经济快捷型。 酒店打造小众服务。 不大。 度假酒店那种。 风景美, 海滩小,面积小。 总房间数少。 携程影响力小, 不如海外的订房app。

就这个集团的通病 景色五星级 室内装修连3星级都没有 WiFi基本可愁人 室内只要开门空调自动停…… 洗澡水需要放好久才能热 下水还不通畅……
不愧是东南亚知名度假连锁的品质,几乎让人忘记在埃及。推开房门就是沙滩和大海,员工的服务意识极佳,spa也是专程找来的印尼技师。el gouna比起邻近的hurghada人少很多,在红海躺几天的首选之地!
