Fun place to stay that wasn’t just a normal hotel. I like how they integrated some aspects of it being a school into the hotel

Basement room contained no windows, floor was sticky, hair in cup. Bad smell in room. Was charged by the hotel on arrival despite having a prepaid room, have contacted the hotel directly and via ******* who advised I was charged in error and would receive a refund but almost 2 weeks later I have still not received a refund.

Room was exceptionally clean. Staff was ready to help with anything we needed. We were in a basement apartment, which worked well with our pet.
The only thing was being able to hear flushing from the upstairs unit. And only one chair at the table.

This is our second time to stay and both times the stay was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean. They also have friendly helpful staff

Did not know it was a renovated High School. Different. Nice but would have been nice to know. Also, they should have given us WiFi info before they left for the day. 😡

我们很喜欢我们五口之家的大房间（特大床、大号床和沙发床）。房间很大但不寻常，一面墙上有黑板。厨房区不错。酒店后面有很多停车位。虽然我们是通过 ******* 付款的，但在办理入住手续时，信用卡上还是被扣了一笔钱（但这笔费用已从我们的信用卡账单中扣除，所以可能是某种损坏押金？我不知道）早餐可以大大改善 - 只是预先包装好的松饼和橙汁纸盒。但总的来说，床很舒服，我们可以住在一个房间里，所以我们会再次入住。
楼上的人一直跑到午夜之后。通往大楼的走廊很脏。我的房间没有窗户，我不喜欢。退房时用*******付款太糟糕了，他们一直告诉我我欠他们 200 多美元。我给他们看了收据，他们只是含糊其辞。不会再住那里了。
很棒的客户服务。员工们也非常细心周到。一定会再来的。
