酒店环境很好,街道干净整洁,院落空间舒适。
交通便利,距离火车站地铁都很近,距离白金汉宫也很近,都可以走路到达。
房间内饰恰当舒适,窗外景色优美,客房服务很贴心,值得推荐的酒店!
酒店环境幽雅,早餐还可以,出行方便,走路十几分钟就能到威斯敏斯大教堂、离伦敦眼、大本钟都很近,附近有中餐厅,味道很好
伦敦1400多一晚到酒店,性价比也太高了。我看了当天的价格比我以前订的还便宜三百多。住宿地方超级大,而且靠着学校,非常安静。坐飞机去盖尔维克机场的首选酒店,附近其实也靠着商业街,不那么游客区,离Sloane地铁站走个十多分钟也就到了。离Victoria station超级近。如果要说缺点的话,就是checkin一定要到三点才有房间。可以想象,生意太好了。
地理位置绝佳,身处市中心却异常安静,晚上听不到车流或噪音。员工很棒,房间也不错,虽然有点小,但我在伦敦也见过更小的房间。不过,最让人沮丧的是,在我入住的两天里电梯都坏了(据说已经坏了一周了),这让我不得不提着大行李箱爬三层楼梯。房间里没有全身镜,浴室里也只有一个小镜子,对于一家四星级酒店来说,这确实不太好。
我在这里住了23晚,总的来说,无论是服务人员还是酒店环境都相当不错。酒店地理位置优越,处于市中心,去SoHo区、大本钟、维多利亚车站以及酒店附近的一些好地方都很快。但我真的想说:请更新你们的早餐!!!长时间提供一样的食物,对我来说是完全不能接受的!!!!!
房间干净舒适,酒店位置也很好,步行十几分钟可至白金汉宫,离西敏寺也是差不多的距离。
很高兴选择了这家酒店,住了六晚,很满意!
千万别被酒店漂亮的外表骗了!
这次入住体验简直糟透了。我被安排在了一个一楼的房间,正对着公共厕所,旁边就是清洁工具间。房间里的扶手椅上都是污渍,窗户也打不开,导致房间空气非常闷。
前台服务态度很差,而且相当傲慢无礼。
一晚250欧元,这样的入住体验真是让人太失望了!
多加钱要升级房型,结果给我换了一个更小的,我都不知道是真给我换房型了还是骗我的,之前住过几次这个酒店都挺不错的,这次加钱换的这个房型卫生间特别小,和前台联系,前台说没有其他的房型了。我也是无语,去的时候电梯还是坏的,需要自己搬箱子爬4楼。比较差的体验
很满意能订到这个价位的花园酒店,门口有个绿地公园,登记入住专门强调不接收安排到周边其他地址,最后满足了我们的要求
新装修气味有害健康、房间给人感觉不安全。我很有素质一人推开房间门忍不住称呼印度人为奸商阿三,堪比香港鸽子笼。22寸行李箱根本打不开,洗澡的地方宽度仅够我叉腰(充斥着极其难闻塑料味)。更要命的是单人间压根不在主楼,在一栋新修的充满甲醛(就是新装修的难闻气味,我知道甲醛闻不到的)的楼里,房间里也是这个味道,卫生间尤甚。给我安排的房间对着消防通道,晚上有不明人士在我房间门口大声讲话唱歌,非常不安全。
