This is our second stay here. It is such a lovely Inn and the owner could not be nicer or more accommodating. Thevrooms are large and the beds super comfy.

Great and authentic inn. Rooms are all unique and lovely (sometimes a little quirky!). Location is central to downtown, 2-minute drive to Bates. You have to be mindful of the town you’re in, but stay anywhere else and you are always in your car. Here you are minutes away walking from lots of great restaurants. And if you don’t want to, then hop in your car! Tremendous value, and the owner is great and attentive.

We only stayed one night but happy we stayed at the Agora. The rooms were very comfortable and a top shelf host. The owner was very helpful with information about Lewiston. She went out of her way looking online to help us find places that my mom was looking for when she was a child living there 75 years ago. I will definitely stay there again next time I’m coming through, thank you for a great stay. Mike

This is a charming and beautiful old hotel. My daughter was visiting Bates, and I needed to do work. The Inn was the perfect place to do so. It was quiet and comfortable and the WiFi worked great. I was even allowed to stay an hour past normal checkout time because my daughter wasn’t finishing up her visit until after 12. I highly recommend this place!

Host was engaging and knowledgeable. Room was immaculate, and very quiet. My room was air-conditioned, which was very handy in August. I recommend the Agora Inn without reservation.
