Checking in and checking out was good. The room was clean but very outdated. The bed was comfy and I slept well. The shower wall grout was stained and rather unsightly. Terrific water pressure, but it took several minutes for the temperature to get up. There is NO continental breakfast though - not even coffee. Considering the cost of a 1 night stay, it was worth the $73. If it were going to be a longer trip, I would probably check out other options.

Reasonably priced property, but in need of multiple upgrades & updates to overall property. Keys are old fashioned actual keys—not key cards. Check in person had very limited English abilities.
Place was clean and I would stay there again, but I would adjust my expectations accordingly.

Honestly this is the kind of place you go to if you’re looking for a cheap option that isn’t gonna give you like bed bugs and rashes, but you know dang well will be a bit yucky and it’s simply cheap and convenient for whatever reason you need a hotel.

Older motel, no issues, just dated for the price I'm my opinion. No complaints, amenities were adequate, did what I need it to, and bed was comfortable and clean.

Thought it might retain the charm it had a few years ago. It did not, and Ephrata has become a red, white and blue blight. No thanks!
We spent our trip at Soap Lake instead.
