Staff didn’t engage, when they were available they were talking with eachother. Had to search to find any members several occasions they were in the back in the kitchen as we could hear them but couldn’t find them as we didn’t want to go searching a food safe area. The view was beautiful, the “patio” needed some attention it was very creaky under foot and didn’t feel overly safe, the room was also extremely warm, had to sleep with the patio doors open to reach a comfortable level with the heat being shut off all day even.

Parking was great. Nice big car park and free.
Felt safe and tucked away. We did not have breakfast. Evening menu appears to be pizza or pizza
Not allowed to take own food or drinks ,🤔 we went to a nice pub instead.
Bar was a bit pricey but it's a hotel so expect it.
Looks a little dated but it was really nice. Lovely lake to look out in.
No noise at all which was nice.
We had requested ground floor as husband is disabled.
The receptionist was amazing and helped us as this had not been requested from the booking.
Could not fault anything for the price we paid

The staff Cristina was extremely rude , they wanted to charge us £12 an hour for extra time to check out and check in is only at 2pm the previous day , rooms are cold nothing to change the heating . Hotel is has nothing to do , they don’t work with cash. Bought a rose wine which tasted old as well. Breakfast stuff but not enough , pastries were old and none left or replenished
Overall the customer service was bad because of one staff member called Cristina which was extremely rude and unhelpful

What a little gem. Dated hotel but in lovely setting. Very clean. Beds and pillows comfy. Hot powerful shower. Staff very friendly and helpful

我们抵达时，停车场几乎是空的，还以为走错地方了，而且也没有任何指示牌写着“前台”！
我们费了好大劲才找到前台，觉得接待有点冷淡。我们入住的行政房非常棒，能俯瞰湖景。酒店位置很好，方便沿着运河散步，步行范围内还有几家不错的酒吧。
早餐比较简单，但做得很好，而且一直保持热乎乎的。
我们还会再来的。
住得很愉快，床很舒服，下次还会再来。
酒店经理态度恶劣，简直令人发指。我们退房时因为客房服务耽搁了一会儿，她就开始冲我们大吼大叫。我从未见过酒店管理人员如此粗鲁无礼。这样的人根本不应该在这种环境下工作。她无缘无故地让我感到受到了威胁，我不得不四处投诉。
我从 8 月 31 日到 9 月 8 日预订，并在第 7 天订购。（昨天）他们把我的衣服从房间里拿走，扔进信封里，因为他们说我的住宿结束了，我不得不再付一晚 80 英镑才能睡觉。坏的
