酒店位于市中心，地理位置优越，闹中取静。房间很宽敞，床垫舒适。
1，这个类似国内的青年旅社，绝对不是宾馆的配置。
2，面积非常小，房间内放了个大床后只能放下一个床头柜。也没有放行李箱的柜子。
3，酒店非常吵，2楼的酒吧震耳的音乐要到晚上10点停止，我住3楼，4楼7点开始餐厅开始工作，天天发出像洗衣机的噪音。另外一面的房间外面在修路。从早上8点到6点一直有冲击钻在响。
4，清洁清洁非常差，图片是吹风机的电线上的灰都积到这种地步了。
5，用热水壶煮出的水是一直有灰的。换了个水壶还是有灰。
6，床上用品是 3-4天换一次，不是每天都换。
7，大门没有猫眼，完全没有办法知道外面是谁在敲门。有安全隐患。
8，酒店早餐挺丰富的。
9，窗帘拉不全，早上有光会透出来，容易早醒。
糟糕的经历。房间里有吃剩的腐烂食物，更糟糕的是，一名管理人员试图把责任推到我们身上。当和另一名工作人员发现腐烂的食物时，他们只提供了在酒店餐厅享用自助晚餐作为补偿。不过，其他工作人员都很好很友好。
酒店地理位置优越，附近有几家餐厅，步行3分钟左右有一个超市，距离法兰克福大教堂步行约10分钟。房间很宽敞，家具齐全，设施和洗漱用品一应俱全。床和床单都很干净舒适，空调和无线网络连接也很好。酒店还有电梯和停车场。办理入住手续的工作人员很友好也很乐于助人。不幸的是，我们抵达时有相当多的团队在等待办理入住。由于前台只有两名工作人员，我们不得不等待大约15分钟才能办理入住。除此之外，我们总体的住宿体验还是很愉快的。
全五分！！位置绝了！出门直走200米右转是采尔大街！离罗马广场，大教堂，铁桥都非常近！早餐很丰盛！坚果特别多！有电热水壶和拖鞋，还有牙刷！！太惊喜了！房间隔音也很好，睡得很舒服！就是入住的时候，服务员好像查不到订单，问我要订单……幸好打出来了给他看，后来顺利办理了入住。不晓得是代理商还是酒店问题，希望以后沟通准备再仔细一点。
再次住回avani，这次前台换了人，态度非常好。退房的时候很早，前台工作人员也比较礼貌。选择这里是因为去逛市场逛商场逛超市实在是太方便了。酒店对面公共停车场摸清楚路以后其实非常方便。还是很推荐这里

这是一家令人非常满意的酒店。地理位置优越，早餐也很棒。特别是枕头有高低之分，这一点尤其好。下次出差还会选择入住。
酒店很棒，离火车站非常近。我来这里是为了参加一个展会。工作人员也超级友好和乐于助人。下次再来这里，我一定会再次选择住这家酒店，谢谢！
