Good overall experience as the rooms are newly decorated and such interior has been done tastefully. The location is great. The lift need repairs or replacement. The price is reasonable and staff co-operative.

The hotel was excellent and had all the necessary facilities. The staff were very polite and honest. I checked in on October 30 and checked out the next day. After reaching Ayodhya that night, I realized that I had forgotten my money at the hotel. I called the hotel around 10:30 p.m. and requested Mr. Ashish Verma to check the room. Within five minutes, he confirmed that the money was safe and immediately sent it to me via phone payment. I sincerely appreciate Mr. Ashish for his honesty — thank you very much. My thanks also to the hotel staff, especially Mr. Deepak Tripathi and Mr. Tariq, for arranging a wonderful dinner for us. The hotel’s location is excellent. It was a great and memorable experience. We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. What struck us was the attention to details - anti skid mat, bathing backets, stool etc. The staff are very courteous and prompt. The breakfast had a good spread and was tasty. The hotel is very centrally located - lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It is very easy to get e-rickshaws outside the hotel. Though centrally located; the place is not congested - great to explore the surrounding places by foot. Highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel is near marketplace with sangam accessible via rickshaw ride in 15 mins. The hotel is very nice and comfortable with delicious food. There was some renovation work above our room, but upon requesting the staff to avoid noise for few hours they obliged.

Awful hotel. Reception area looks nice, rooms are awful and would give it 0 stars if this was an option. Tried to arrange airport shuttle and the hotel tried to really scam us by quoting 6000 INR. The rooms were terrible, they were not really cleaned, dirty towels were folded and placed back, bath tub dirty and stained, Hotel room was really terrible. I would not ever book a stay with them again. It was the only last minute option but the tents would have been better!
