Bad room cleaning. Under bad I found the garbage. No sense to buy breakfast because it was bad. One person from all staff is English speaker. Hard to communicate. No luggage room, no public toilets (it needs to be because guests can wait some hours after checkout).

All the staff were awesome, caring and friendly. Beginning from receptionists, cleaning ladies and breakfast kitchen/restaurant staff. The food was delicious : scrambled egg with fried vegetables, sausages, cereals, Greek yoghurt, jams, toasts, sandwiches, pastries, fresh fruit. The room was clean, working fridge, good housekeeping services. Every morning the lady who was working in the restaurant upstairs was so friendly and kind to me and my son :) The location of the hotel is perfect, we felt safe coming back home, the surrounding area felt safe even at late hours, and it was not too noisy. The hotel is located near the heart of Rethymno, 10 minutes walking and you can reach the beautiful Old-Town. Of course, it is not the “ Ultra all inclusive large 5 stars hotel with 5 pools and etc..” , but it is a convenient nice hotel in the central part of the town. Would stay there again. It was perfect for what we needed. :)

what can i say, little disappointed to be honest, we stayed on the second floor on the street side, omg so noisy both day and night, beds were hard and lumpy, wife got a rash on her backside, we dont know if it was from bugs or the fact that bleach was not washed off the toilet after cleaning, there were many ants in the bathroom, wife made a hobby of squashing them every night, in the ad it said many nice things like pool but to be honest its 2m wide and about 4m long, jacuzzi wasnt working, says there is parking, there is no parking and even on the street between 8-21 you must pay, tv is ok if you speak greek or russian, breakfast was edible but every day same same, and watered down orange juice, all in all friendly staff, most of them seem to understand what you say, others just smile and nod, Rethymon was great but next time we go it will be a different hotel.

各方面的经历都很糟糕。 接待处很糟糕，没有预留卸行李的空间，所以行李箱必须在街上排成两排。酒店周围及周边的所有停车位均需付费，甚至没有预留停车位。主电梯的光电管无法正常工作，孩子在里面时，您会不断面临被困在外面或更糟的风险。通往楼梯的通道被堆积的家具占据，我认为安全规定在欧洲很常见，应该检查一下。房间很小，几乎不适合居住，活动空间也很小。早餐难以下咽，唯一的优点就是位于市中心，瞬间你就到了市中心。
在这家酒店住了一个星期。非常好的三人组。我会给它打满四分。酒店位置非常便利：老城区 - 步行 5 分钟即可到达海滩 -15 分钟。房间里有舒适的床、冰箱、电视。他们吃了早餐。很厚实，有很多选择。缺点是：电视上的俄语频道都是相同的宗教内容。奇怪的美式俄语布道。
很棒的酒店！会给4星而不是3星！优越的地理位置、友好的工作人员、美味的早餐、每日清洁——所有这些都给酒店留下了最积极的印象！肯定会再次回到这里👍🏼
