Family room 101 is directly above the pub. On a Saturday night, amplified music and loud voices were clearly audible inside the room with windows closed until around 1:00am. Our 7-year-old was unable to sleep. We rang the number given at around 10.15pm to see if we could change rooms or what could be done, but were just told noise would stop at 11:00pm - it did not. No warning about this was provided at booking or check-in. Management declined a refund and offered only a future discount.

I feel people should know this hotel in West hampstead is certainly not a hotel. Reception is a hatch in a separate building, rooms are in a tiny narrow building, entrance is filthy like a building site, not suitable for anyone who has a disability or to be honest unfit. Steps are dangerously uneven, we were on top floor, no fire exits which has to be illegal... I would call this accommodation .... flats... rooms were very clean but tiny. We stayed in the rooms next to the Reception hatch, maybe (doubting) other building would be better 🤔 but still not a hotel....
