Be careful This hotel over charges you!!! I booked two rooms and paid full amount of fees through trip.com however when we stayed in hotel they asked us for credit card we thought it’s for the deposit but no! They charged both of the rooms again separately for these two rooms!! Called them, they said take 4 to 5 days to get my money back but after one week they acted like nothing happened and asked me to contact trip.com!!!! Give my money back!!!i read reviews this is not the first time they did this!!

我找这家酒店费了好大劲，因为地址上写的是北罗斯福街（N. Roosevelt），但酒店入口却在过了南罗斯福街（S. Roosevelt）之后。我在房间里赤脚走路时，脚上沾了灰，地毯把灰尘都藏起来了。浴室灯光不够亮，刮胡子都看不清脸。早餐很好，泳池也不错。当我看到床头柜上放着耳塞，旁边还有张小卡片提醒说隔壁房间可能会有点吵时，我有点担心；不过幸运的是，我度过了一个安静的夜晚。
前台那个年轻小伙子一点也不尊重人。他很不专业，老是离开前台，导致下午4点（也就是酒店允许办理入住的时间）排起了长队。与此同时，另一位叫Binita的姑娘就非常乐于助人，人也很好。酒店很干净，除了我房间的下水道有点堵。早餐不错。总的来说，体验还行。

这是一个非常棒的放松之地！！！一切都非常合我们的心意。除了淋浴间对我来说有点小，以及后面停车场有一两盏灯不亮之外，我真的没有什么大的抱怨。除此之外，我绝对会向朋友和家人推荐这家酒店。
酒店干净整洁。我们受到了（来自智利的）CATALINA非常热情的接待，她很耐心地向我们介绍了所有信息。非常棒！
工作人员很友好。可惜不能延迟退房，但可以寄存行李。
因为是年末，价格有点太贵了，性价比不高。不过，能吃到简单的早餐还是不错的！有点遗憾的是，鸡蛋不是现做的，只是加热了一下。
早餐不太行，大部分都是加工食品。其他一切都挺好。
一切都很好。早餐非常棒。
卫生：浴巾有些毛发，很明显是上一个客人的，是典型的金棕色外国人毛发
设施：很齐全，配备了健身房、泳池，早点也不错
服务：check in的时候会赠送两个非酒精饮料，尽管没多少钱，但是会让人感觉很舒服
