We have been visiting Haltern am See, as well as the Ratshotel on numerous occasions, always with great pleasure. This time we tried to reserve our favourite room for 9 nights. Unfortunately the hotel was fully reserved but only on the Saturday. This was the reason why we needed to move already out after 5 nights and had to relocate to Recklinghausen for four nights, as there was no rooms in Haltern available on the Saturday. Food for Thought! It would be more beneficial, not to accept reservations on Saturday for one night only, but possibly for three or four nights to maximise your revenue and be of service for longer staying guests. Rates quoted should NOT change, with the changes of dates for longer periods ! Otherwise services and facilities are great as usual! Thank you
由于酒店位于无车区，所以花了一些时间寻找。在这个阳光明媚的日子里，大教堂附近的广场看起来非常有吸引力和舒适，有所有的露台。我们的房间在三楼。房间很大，有一张可爱的特大号床和漂亮的枕头。浴室里唯一缺少的就是化妆镜。早餐很丰盛而且品种齐全。简而言之：一个发现。我们的车免费停在酒店后面。
酒店位于市中心，非常迷人，房间干净宽敞，浴室也是如此。床非常舒服。自助早餐需要小额扣除，17 欧元的价格对于所提供的食物来说明显多付了。
停车困难，建筑老旧，早餐不错
非常宽敞，床又大又舒服，干净又安静。
办理入住手续困难
房间很好，又大又宽敞。
酒店的门关着，这很拖累。我们按了门铃10分钟才被允许进去。
