The attendant was unable to solve the problem of loud strange music being played all night by another guest which caused us to not be able to sleep. This went on for three nights and when we asked for a refund so that we could go to a different hotel, he said he couldn’t do that, and there were no other rooms that he could move us to. So we were stuck. If your guests are having a bad experience, and you are unable to remedy it, then you should allow them a refund so they can go somewhere else to be able to get sleep.
Also, the continental breakfast was very poor (a few bagels and slices of bread).
We don’t know if all your properties are like this, but we will never stay at another Days Inn.
I do not like having to leave a bad review but if you are asking for feedback then you must want to know what improvements can be made.

We chose not to even stay because when we walked through the front door, there was what looked like bullet-proof glass around the reception person. The place didn't look inviting or clean. There were some questionable looking guests in the lobby and in the parking lot as well. We were extremely disappointed and did not expect this quality at the Days Inn and Suites run by Wyndham in Antioch, Ca. We respectfully ask for a full refund because this totally did not meet our expectations or how this hotel was represented on your website. We will never stay at nother Days Inn run by Wyndham .

Room was fine. Except the phone didn’t work and I couldn’t get a wakeup call. I went to the front desk to report it and no one was there. I called out for anyone to respond and there was no response from anyone, nor did I see anyone. I then gave up on the idea of getting any help.

This motel is beyond disgusting it should be SHUT DOWN. The parking lot felt sketchy the second we arrived. Walking up the stairs, the smell of urine hit us like a wall. The stairs and walls were filthy, covered in stains and grime.
When I opened the door to my room, I was horrified. The doorknob had some kind of sticky residue on it, the walls had what looked like BLOOD stains, the toilet hadn’t even been flushed, and the bedspread was full of cigarette burns and holes. The whole room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I didn’t even want to set my bag down, let alone stay there.
We turned around and left immediately. When I asked for a refund, the man at the front desk gave a pathetic excuse and refused to help. Then he LIED to *******, saying he offered me another room which is laughable because my mom had a different room and it was just as disgusting as mine.
******* should be absolutely ashamed to have this dump listed. This place is a health hazard and a total scam. Do yourself a favor don’t even think about staying here. You couldn’t pay me to go back

The quilt is dirty, the room smells bad, the faucet in the bathroom is broken, and most importantly, my car is parked in the parking lot, and someone deliberately scratched my car! The accommodation experience is really bad.

Bagel was stale staff was lazy didn’t want to bring me towels I booked for 2 people gave me one set of towels and said I can get another one at 9 am lol and no body wash in the dispensar
