My key quit working the second night so I approached the night man. I had to interrupt the video game on his phone to get his attention. While he was fixing the key he was still playing the game. The on/off button on the tv remote was missing. I had to stick my little finger nail in it to turn the tv on. There was no soap available in the bathroom. There was shampoo, but the other container was empty. It was pretty bare bones. No coffee or makers.

The room itself had a good design and the bed was comfortable. The room was run down. The pool was shut down by the health department. The elevator should be serviced. The staff said to “push the button hard” when wanting to go down. I rode down only once, the doors closed and we pushed the down button repeatedly before it engaged. I tried to open the doors and they wouldn’t open. The stairs were much safer. Lastly, “breakfast” consisted of 2 kinds of cereal, milk in a pitcher on the counter top, a couple mini bagels, and some sweet rolls wrapped in cellophane..
The staff were very friendly.

This place, I will never recommend this place to people to stay in this hotel. This facility is so dirty so nasty. I will never never in the world put my babies in that bed. It has boogers everywhere. He has hair on the bathtub. It has holes on the sheets, and the staff is talking in their own language in front of you. You don’t even know what they say.

The bathroom was put together with spackle, light switches were suspect (sometimes worked sometimes didn’t), the elevator button also sometimes worked, the free breakfast was toast and bagel. We stayed because we paid and it had air conditioning. Do yourselves a favor and pay the 30-40 dollars more to stay at holiday inn. Also we heard someone talking to the front desk saying she went back to her room and someone else was in it!!!!

Is hood for what you pay for , but the room i got had alot of damage that they tried to fix but didnt completly finish it

I arrived to my room, no towels, broken drawer handle, cracks on both tables, stains on the walls, a sheet on the couch. It was absolutely terrible. Thank God I only slept and didn’t spend much time in my room. They need to do better.
