Staying at AGH hotel felt like coming home, even though it is away from home! We were very warmly welcomed by the receptionist Natalie with her warm smile and high quality check-in procedure, quite fast but still very accurate and guest friendly. Check-in is guaranteed from 3PM. We arrived early but we could comfortably store our luggage to check in later. In the late afternoon we returned to the hotel to collect our room key and bring our luggage to the room. Thanks to the General Manager Simona and receptionist Natalie, we were so lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Large Double Room (#312) with a very spacious balcony overlooking the terrace of the hotel. The room was spacious, had comfortable beds, nice bathroom with shower and the room was nice and clean. A standard iron and board were also in the closet so we didn't have to contact the Front Desk. In the late afternoon we had dinner in the restaurant with friends, started of with a selection of appetizers (the home made potato chips with garlic dip is a MUST choose! SO delicious) , a nice bottle of local Czech Chardonnay and ended with delicious main courses. We were served by the waiter Kamill and he was excellent! Very friendly, experienced and always serving with a smile. In the evening I went down and asked for a kettle to boil hot water, instead of only a kettle I received an entire package with lemons, sugar and cookies, excellent service! Breakfast we ordered as roomservice. Very extensive and delicious. The check-out by Nela, the next morning was very friendly, warm and professional, served with a constant smile! Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, this is a hotel where you should stay for at least a couple of nights! Simona, Natalie, Nela, Kamill and all the other staff that we didn't meet, thank you all so much for giving us an excellent stay! For a next visit I will definitely book AGH hotel again! 地理位置优越，位于罗兹诺夫，步行2分钟即可到达中心广场，步行5分钟即可到达瓦拉赫露天博物馆。酒店是一栋美丽的山间建筑，经过精心翻修，房间宽敞舒适，令人愉悦，安静祥和。热情的接待，非常友好，一切都让我们感到满意，并竭尽全力帮助我们，真的非常热情。酒店后方设有免费停车场。即使退房后，我们第二天也可以将行李和汽车寄存一整天。自助早餐很棒。酒店隔壁的餐厅很棒，份量十足！菜肴美味，房间也非常漂亮。温馨提示：房间没有百叶窗或遮光窗帘；夏天很容易被阳光吵醒，但捷克共和国的其他地方都是这样。住宿体验非常棒，如果我们再来这个地区，一定会再次入住。
