It was very peaceful. I went for my birthday Mon-Wed but I was disappointed that the Cork Factory restaurant is only open starting Wednesday. I wanted to dine there for my birthday. If people are staying above you, the floorboards are very loud and creeky.

Everything was just right.
The only thing that we noticed was that when the heating turned on, it was rather loud. Temperature was good.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff checked us in. Room is clean and spacious. Free coffee in the morning is nice too. Great stay!

Hotel is very clean. We found the beds exceptionally comfortable. Also, there is nice neighborhood Irish pub just a short walk from the hotel.

We had to switch rooms due to bed being to high for my mother and everyone was very helpful

Beautiful historic hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were spacious with high vaulted ceilings. We were on the fourth floor and it was a little loud at times, but there were several weddings that weekend so it was understandable. Would definitely stay again.

I ended up not staying there and paying for another hotel out of spite.
I politely tried to work out a booking mistake through ******* and was honestly content with it not being remedied and was going to pay for an extra night.
Their staff person was dismissive and rude. She spent more time telling me about how busy she was and how ******* could better serve her.
I have stayed their before and booked blocks of rooms for events. I will not stay there again.
