酒店回复: Thank you for your review…I’m sorry you didn’t anything the Bridge View Suite. Nothing was brought to our attention. We use a company called Drip Drop for our umbrellas (most hotels do). There’s a 2 hire for 48 hours and this includes planting a tree which is a brilliant initiative. Sadly free umbrellas go walkies. Parking is limited as clearly mentioned on the website. There is ample local parking as well. Kind Refards

在纽卡斯尔度过了美好的两晚城市之旅。酒店和房间都很棒。淋浴很棒。工作人员友好且乐于助人。距离码头仅几分钟步行路程。强烈推荐。
不会打扰！
桥景套房，一进门就闻到一股难闻的气味。房间紧邻一条非常繁忙的马路，非常吵。这是我住过的所有酒店中，唯一一家需要付费才能使用酒店的雨伞的酒店！停车位非常有限，而且不太好……
超出预期
真诚友好且专业的员工，一流的服务，美味的食物，漂亮的建筑和房间，沿着泰恩河步行往返市中心，路途虽短，但风景优美。品质一流。强烈推荐。
员工服务很棒，早餐时有一位服务员态度略差，但总体来说服务很棒。前台工作人员非常乐于助人，也很热情。我们被主动升级了房间，房间真的非常棒。床很舒服，空调也很棒。我们一定会再来的，这里是纽卡斯尔最适合城市度假的酒店之一！

我入住期间，酒店里举办了一场大型派对。我简直无法思考。停车位非常有限，酒店也需要翻新。清洁工们用他们现有的资源做得很好。
太可惜了！
五年前我曾多次入住这家酒店。我原本期待着这次入住，但不幸的是，酒店的水准已经大幅下滑。
浴室镜子上溅满了牙膏，膝盖上留下了污渍，电灯开关和窗台上还有手印。
我发现了很多不属于我的头发。房间里的玻璃杯上满是灰尘，很脏。就连走廊的地毯也脏得要命。
我不会再住了。太可惜了！
