Loud noise all through the night and couldn’t not sleep. Shower didn’t have a shower gel and had to wait nearly an hour between my starter and main at the restaurant on a quiet night…. Not what you expect for a 4 star hotel.

The staff are lovely. The pool was busy and didn't have much of a spa vibe as had toddlers playing and the jacuzzi was permanently full. Food was poor. Overall, nice place but a bit more attention in some areas would make it better.

入住体验不错，但还可以更好。
家庭房的面积和设施都很棒，但电视信号差、地毯陈旧且有污渍，以及酒店整体温度过高，都影响了整体体验。泳池很棒。酒吧/餐厅不错，员工也很友好，但饮品服务速度很慢，而且额外收取的服务费不值。

我们周四和周五住了两晚，包含半膳。房间非常干净舒适。早餐和晚餐的食物和服务都非常棒。泳池、桑拿房和蒸汽房都很完美。全身按摩也很棒。总而言之，我们对这次住宿无可挑剔。完美的放松体验……再次感谢雷德沃斯庄园酒店……我们以后的首选酒店
