The staff is very friendly, and the location is in a nice area. The reason for the 3 stars is the following: it was a bit outdated, some things could have been repaired and spruced up to look better. My shower didn't have hot water I had to wait 30 minutes for the water to start getting warm and it still wasn't Hot. The place just needed a lot of upkeeping and a deeper cleaning like the couch and the rug. But all in all the place was decent.

The room was really dirty, I kept asking for house keeping and I wasn’t accommodated for. I really like the location of the hotel as it’s convenient to the military base, but our room had ice cream containers that was at least a week old, prescription from people who used the room, poop on the toilet bowl and blood on the sheets!! By far my worse hotel experience ever, but had no choice to stay. I was asking for compensation, but wasn’t given.

Anyway once again we apologize for the inconvenience and surely we can provide you better experience next time..

There were no towels in our room and no shower curtain. Housekeeping brought the towels but no shower curtain. We went to dinner and my husband got ill and vomited in the toilet it plugged up. I called the front desk and explained the situation. It was late at night and I was in my pjs the front seat told me to come and get a plunger. U said no please come up and fix your toilet. He said ok after 3 more calls and an hour and a half later he came up to the room and tried to hand me the plunger. I said please come in and fix this I don’t know how to use it and it’s your toilet. Finally at 1:30 in the morning it was all fixed and I was able to sleeep. This is the worst experience I have ever had. He did not compensate us for the room and I feel we are owed a refund immediately.

房间很舒服。唯一的问题是马桶座有点松，而且早上热水不太好放出来。早餐不错，我提出的高楼层要求也得到了满足，停车很方便，入住和退房手续都很顺利。
早餐很不错 空调声音略大
工作人员很友好，而且酒店位置很好，离圣克莱门特海滩很近。
这家酒店离特雷斯尔斯冲浪点最近，冲浪后可以直接跳进泳池和按摩浴缸，感觉棒极了。价格也很合理！我下次还想住这里。
