一位非裔美国籍员工告诉我的儿子他看起来很可疑（我儿子也是非裔美国人），然后还报了警，这真的太不像话了。我儿子跟她说，我当然有权进出我的房间并在周围走动等等。之后我离开酒店了，因为有位来看望我们的朋友把身份证落在了那里，所以我打电话过去，结果那位女士告诉我，我把房间弄得一团糟。我跟她说，你在撒谎吗？我可不玩这种把戏，我亲自打扫了房间，里面什么都没落下。我把垃圾装进袋子放在门外，毛巾也按要求放好，不多不少。他们现在对规矩更严格了，这挺好的。但是，指责我儿子可疑，还说我把房间弄乱了，这太过分了。你们别想扣下我预存在酒店的钱，我会把你们告上法庭的。房间里什么都没坏，也没留下垃圾，所以根本不是那么回事。可悲的是，这个地方在一个方面变得越来越糟了，而变得更严格本来是好事，因为以前这里有点乱。他们需要了解并查看摄像头，确认哪些客人在这里，哪些不在，然后再去随便指责别人可疑。

Room needs to be more up to standards. Sink was clogged and cap was screwed off. Bathr drain assembly pops right out, not sealed to the tub. I had to clean out a crusty pce of food that was in the carpet, in the front room I found, as soon as I goy into the room.

Parking was congested the halls were dirty and my room had multiple flaws hair in the tub dirty carpet the list goes on me and my companion were so flustered from the horrible check in process and rude over night worker we decided not to talk to him about his service not to mention the room across the hall played loud erotic music from 11-4 am until I finally went downstairs to front desk to complain when I don’t understand how they didnt hear because I could still hear the music from the 3rd floor standing at the front desk

The room was pretty clean but the ceiling has a bulge and it did leak a drop of water Sunday morning….. I didn’t try the breakfast but it smelled decent. Front desk was helpful and parking was ok didn’t have a issue
