The room was nice, the bathroom was vintage 1960. Plenty of outlets and charging stations. But you're right on Roosevelt which is a 4 lane major thoroughfare. Walls are thin but breakfast is pretty good. Parking is free, a nice bonus in Chicago land. My rating is 3 stars, not awesome, not terrible, not expensive.

Room was very clean, king size bed very comfortable and enjoyed breakfast.
Dining area and other areas were clean too.
It was nice having a king size bed and another room with sofa.
Only minor thing was lemon fused water seemed like old lemons and key didn’t always work (usually had to try 3 times and then it worked)
Overall great experience and very good value for the price. Convenient location.

一位非裔美国籍员工告诉我的儿子他看起来很可疑（我儿子也是非裔美国人），然后还报了警，这真的太不像话了。我儿子跟她说，我当然有权进出我的房间并在周围走动等等。之后我离开酒店了，因为有位来看望我们的朋友把身份证落在了那里，所以我打电话过去，结果那位女士告诉我，我把房间弄得一团糟。我跟她说，你在撒谎吗？我可不玩这种把戏，我亲自打扫了房间，里面什么都没落下。我把垃圾装进袋子放在门外，毛巾也按要求放好，不多不少。他们现在对规矩更严格了，这挺好的。但是，指责我儿子可疑，还说我把房间弄乱了，这太过分了。你们别想扣下我预存在酒店的钱，我会把你们告上法庭的。房间里什么都没坏，也没留下垃圾，所以根本不是那么回事。可悲的是，这个地方在一个方面变得越来越糟了，而变得更严格本来是好事，因为以前这里有点乱。他们需要了解并查看摄像头，确认哪些客人在这里，哪些不在，然后再去随便指责别人可疑。
非常干净。房间很大。听不到邻居的声音。
3天没有清洁房间
我在这里住了三天，他们一次都没打扫过我的房间。我要求打扫房间时，工作人员态度很差，没有提供任何帮助。房间钥匙几乎不能用，不得不重新激活好几次。没有宣传的泳池，电梯坏了，制冰机也坏了。真是一个接一个的问题。我绝对不会推荐这家酒店。
不满意
这家酒店有点老，有几个问题让我们住得不舒服。房间里有股难闻的气味，淋浴排水管堵塞，导致我的脚边积水。地毯上有一个很大的红色污渍，非常不舒服。床很窄，而且弹性太大，很难睡个好觉。
此外，卧室和玄关之间的门把手不平整，那个区域的感应灯也很不方便——尤其是对于睡在折叠沙发上的人来说，他不得不整晚忍受灯光的开关。
我们最终没吃早餐，提前退房了。总而言之，我不推荐这家酒店。
我们住了两晚，两个大人，三个小孩。
优点：总的来说，就价格而言，酒店还不错，房间也很干净。
缺点：我们的房间从来没有人打扫过。我要求换干净的毛巾时，被粗鲁地拒绝了。早餐很一般。大堂热得像桑拿房。工作人员英语说得不太好。泳池里的水排干了。电梯坏了。门缝很大，走廊的灯光照不进来。
最糟糕的是我们房间里的运动感应灯。我们的灯整晚都会随机亮起好几次。真是让人抓狂。
不用说，我们不会再住那里了。
屋顶漏水，浴室一夜之间就被水淹了！他们除了道歉什么也没做！甚至连换房间都没换！
